Great and quick service!
We received well the big order for lanyards, perfectly on time for our event.
The only small note I wish I would have been informed about: the details for the delivery; I had been receiving notification for a DHL: delivery from China, but I thought it was a scam when in fact it was the lanyards delivery and never got back to these messages, luckily the parcels were still delivered even though I never confirmed.

The order was lost and had to be…
The order was lost and had to be reordered. It was good that it was done at the cost of Lanyard Factory but it meant the lanyards came late. Appreciate support in getting them in the end. Maybe different couriers are needed.

Order got lost in the system
Order got lost in the system, and therefore was delivered after the event we needed them for. The courier then delivered the order to the wrong house, and we still haven't received a refund for our order. We are being told we have to return the order to the warehouse first, although we never received the order.
