I purchased jewelry for 42 euros. I paid 16 euros delivery costs (which is very expensive... too expensive !). I took 4 weeks to be delivered and that seems normal for this company... In my opinion, this is sent by very economical transport... To see for the quality of this jewel now...
I do not recommend.

I bought a couple of things in June to ship to Spain and everything went good until it arrived here, the package got detained in customs and they didn’t let me know (local post) so they shipped it back to Miami, all this time I was in touch with customer service and they were very helpful, at the end I got my refund because I didn’t want the package to get lost again. Great customer service! Thank you!

I’ve been ordering for them for the past two years so I feel like I can give an honest review. Their pieces have not tarnished and I truly don’t take care of them, I even sometimes shower in them or go swimming. I’m not sure about the other reviews but I have a nickel allergy and have never had any issues.

All their designs are always so cool and special, I definitely agree that they are in their starting phase and I am excited to see what’s to come. I always recommend them especially since they are a small business.

I was so thrilled. I ordered the charms necklace with a spider charm, since the others were unavailable. I got a surprise $30 customs fee... the necklace looks great to me. The charm on the other hand... super cheap for the price. I think that's unacceptable.

low quality product. The gator earrings are listed as a huggie earring but the post is too small for even that, additionally it won't stay closed- which is why they probably started listing it as a necklace charm. Other designs are drop shipped. Not nickel free. unresponsive, snarky customer support team.

Got the charm necklace and a couple of charms, super cute and nice packaging. Charms are quite thin though and seem on the cheaper side for their price point, will probably buy other charms for the necklace. Didn't see anything about having to pay customs/duties when it got here. Got here quick though!

So I want to start off by saying they were excellent in their customer service. They sent me a replacement set of earrings when my package was lost, and were super helpful while I was anxiously emailing. Their customer service rocks.

However, the price point and product quality is just not worth the buy. For starters, the actual bar of the earring which enters the piercing hole (at least for their drop-down earrings) is so short. I tried it on every one of my 9 ear piercings and it did not fit a single one! It's like it was made for children, it literally will not go through the entire lobe. The ear climbers are huge, they're advertised to be for the upper lobe piercings but they're so heavy and take up so much space it's just not feasible to put them there. I liked the dagger earrings- these had an adequate bar, but they stick out at weird angles making it so that you lose a lot of the earring shape/ detail.

I see people saying their earrings look cheap- they don't. The design is just not ergonomic to the ear. I think this business is still in its infancy in terms of design, and they have a lot to learn if they're going to make their products accessible to everybody. Mixed with the crazy import fees despite also living in North America, I advise you to go elsewhere all things considered.

their jewelry is cute, but when i found they don’t sell my ring size i tried to find a similar product on etsy. come to find out, most if not all of their jewelry can be found for much, much cheaper elsewhere. i don’t think any of their designs are original. also, their jewelry is not nickel free as they claim, as i had an allergic reaction to their earrings.

I found this business on Tiktok and was skeptical at first, but this is my third order with them now!! They have the cutest jewelry I think I have ever seen. Def recommend!

I bought the nebula earrings and when they got delivered the nebula balls weren’t even glued to the earrings. I had to use super glue they are not worth the money.

I have bought from them several times and honestly one of the cutest jewelry places! Also, they have amazing customer service and helped me so much when I had to quickly change address cause I'm dorming :) always get compliments on my things love them

Very low quality earrings, you can find them on Etsy or on Aliexpress for way cheaper. The earrings look way better in the pictures online, in real life they look really cheaply made. The colour of the long cherries doesn’t look the same as on the website and my earrings came with black dots all over them and a bubble in them. Would not recommend buying from them.
