Scamming approach

Very bad and scamming approach. Stay away from this place. Aerolanguage, you see my name and surname here, so you now what you did, how and when. Now you are trying to flag my message.
I have had serious issues a day before an exam, I needed to postpone my panned exam, I wrote you an email in advance, asking to move it to another date. After few other emails you have just cancel an exam without any possibility to change the date nor return the money being paid. Trustpilot, please leave this review so other people may check before they pay.

First and foremost, we take all feedback seriously. Following your review, we conducted a thorough internal re-evaluation of your case, including a detailed review of all communication records and support actions taken by our team.

Based on this review, we can confidently confirm that our communication was provided in a timely manner and that the level of support delivered was consistent with our service standards. All inquiries sent to our support department were answered within the appropriate timeframes, and clear guidance was provided regarding the available next steps.

Our records also indicate that, aside from email correspondence with our support team, no formal action was initiated on your side to reschedule the exam through the designated procedure required for such changes.

At Aero Language, we genuinely aim to provide professional and reliable assessment services to all our clients.
Aero Language is not a scam company. We have been operating on the market for over 7 years, conducting language proficiency assessments for hundreds of pilots and air traffic controllers annually and for some major airlines as well. Our work is trusted by aviation professionals who rely on us for accurate and compliant evaluations.

While we understand that unexpected situations can occur, any action outside of these agreed terms would constitute a breach of the General Terms and Conditions. As a professional organization, we must apply these policies consistently and fairly to all clients.
We remain open to constructive dialogue and would be happy to discuss your situation directly to see if there is any way we can assist you further within our policy framework.

To breakdown the sequence of events of your case:
21.1.2026 at 22:09 UTC - you have ordered your exam scheduled for 22.1. at 17:00 UTC

22.1 at 16:37 UTC (23 minutes before your scheduled event) - you have contacted us asking for re-schedule of your exam
22.1. at 18:00 UTC - our support asked you for further clarification on your request as we did not know what exactly do you mean.
22.1.at 18:30 UTC - your response was received asking for the same
22.1. at 18:31 UTC - we have informed you that you can change the appointment date/time by yourself in your dashboard and choose the more convenient time.
22.1 at 18:42 UTC - very general email recieved from your side
22.1. at 18:45 UTC - our Support has informed you to move the exam to your convenient date/time, otherwise we will have to cancel your exam (that was already almost 2 hours after the initial scheduled appointment)
23.1 at 19:30 UTC - you have sent us the proposed date and time, however you have never changed your exam as you have been asked
24.1. at 18:42 UTC - more then 2 days after your initial schedule, the exam was canceled
2.2. at 16:22 UTC - you were mandating to reschedule your exam again
2.2. at 23:03 UTC - you were explained that we have canceled your exam on 23. 1 with non-refundable fee as you have not show-up for your exam and you have not changed your appointment.

Additionally, we would like to address a separate concern. We have reason to believe that this review may not fully reflect the circumstances of your interaction with us. We are aware that the organization where you ultimately completed your language proficiency exam has previously engaged in actions that significantly violated our copyright. Given this context, and the manner in which this review was published and referenced, we have concerns about potential external influence in this matter.
We sincerely hope this is not the case. Our priority remains to resolve matters transparently and professionally.
