Here at Lanehouse, we take pride that we have been trading a family run business since 1974. We sell New Suzuki & Vauxhalls, and sell a large variety of used cars from all brands. We have two branches located in Weymouth & Bridport. As well as sales we have workshop facilities for servicing and body repairs. Along with a parts department that delivers and valeting on site. The Very Best Car Care
I bought my car from Lanehouse a year ago and they carried out a service and MOT for me this week. This is my only experience in dealing with this company and I have been amazed at the courteous, friendly and efficient service. They kept me informed, provided a video healthcheck of my car and returned my car in a beautifully clean condition, just like new! I booked in for a diagnostic and despite me turning up on the wrong Thursday I was met with the most friendly and helpful staff who managed to fit me in . Nothing was too much trouble. The team were extremely helpful and it was Service with a smile. Me and my Suzuki Ignis were back on the road within 20 minutes. This was toward 5pm on a Friday afternoon prior to a bank Holiday week-end.
Above and beyond
Kieran was brilliant from start to finish - excellent communication and was really helpful in sorting everything for my Swift purchase. The sale was easy and went by without a hitch, and Kieran even delayed paying for the car tax until the day I collected it to give me the full month.

Amazing Customer Service
I've had a couple of experiences to draw from with Vauxhall Lanehouse (Weymouth) and each time they have gone above and beyond to help. I purchased a great car from them at the end of last year. As with a second hand car a few issues came to light a month or so later. Without hesitation they booked it in; identified and rectified the problems. They also provided me with a nice new Courtesy Car to keep me going whilst they carried out the work.
Most recently I returned again to have some bodywork done on the front bumper, along with the removal of a couple of small dents. Upon collection I was very impressed with the result, their perfectionism showing in the finish on my car.
I have been treated equally brilliantly by the Sales Department, Service Advisors and Bodywork Team. I've received great advice, and quick solutions to all of my questions and issues.
I would recommend Vauxhall Lanehouse to anyone who needs a new car or work done on their existing one. A very friendly and helpful team.

Misleading offer
Yet another dealer with misleading promotion. Lanehouse Suzuki Weymouth current Motability offer for Suzuki with advance payments are same like on motability website. With one exception:
SWACE MOTION FULL HYBRID AUTO £299
This advance payment is £1000 lower (I confirmed that by phone). So, I drove same day nearly 40 miles in traffic to Lanehouse Suzuki Weymouth, because other dealers don't have so generous offer. What was my surprice when I've got paperwork to sign (I wanted this car) to see actual offer includes £750 New Vehicle Payment. It turned out advanced payment wasn't £299, it was £1049. It is lower then Motability price but by £250 instead of £1000. Lanehouse Suzuki Weymouth forgot to mention that anywhere on promotion website. Strangely the other prices do not include New Vehicle Payment, but sales person couldn't see the problem. So, I went to other Suzuki dealer where I chose a car with honest price as advertised.
As for Lanehouse Group I recommend to check Advertising Standards Authority warning isued just couple months ago against other Motor Group regarding misleading car listing.
