We were provided with a very competitive quote and after instructing them to conduct our Level 2 survey, they had it booked in within a few days. The report was then provided within a few days of the visit.

I was shopping for a level 2 homebuyers' survey on a leasehold apartment I'm in the process of buying. Karla and every other member of the team that I spoke to on the phone was friendly, polite, and transparent: confident about their service, not pushy or trying to hard-sell it.

I got a quick and very reasonable quote for good work, and paid through an easy-to-use portal. They coordinated with the property's agent, and I didn't have to get involved -- I just got the survey results back within the quoted time, and the survey itself was detailed, easy to understand, and had plenty of useful photos as examples.
