We've used Landview twice. I really cannot thank Alex enough for both the surveys he undertook and the time afterwards on the phone where he answered my (many!) questions with patience and kindness. He never once made me feel awkward for asking so many questions or like I was taking up too much of his time and that speaks volumes about the kind of professional he is.

We're buying a house for the first time and have zero experience/understanding of building related matters so it was very important to us to have a strong surveyor. His advice also helped us avoid buying what could have become a problematic property where we were at risk of being clouded by emotion.

Survey report took a little longer than expected to come back (only by a few days), however very pleased with the service, and the thorough report received.

We used Landview based on great reviews after they came up on a comparison search for a level 2 survey. They managed to book us in after the New Year (we booked it just before Christmas). The report was very detailed and informative and it helped us learn more about the property. Unfortunately, the property didn't work out for us but we are definitely going to use them again!

Quick and easy booking process. The surveyor was prompt and professional. I was particularly impressed with the speed of turnaround and the thoroughness of the report. Highly recommended.

My initial quote got raised within the 10 days when I confirmed services after Christmas and only lowered after negotiation, which seemed unprofessional.
