We ordered 4 tubs of Easy Grout
We ordered 4 tubs of Easy Grout, delivered on time. I had an issue with one of the tubs, I emailed and a lovely lady called Tracy responded to my query and ordered a replacement to come out to me same day. Absolutely fantastic after service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Great Experience
Great price, speedy delivery and great communication. However, what really made my experience exceptional was the professional way that Tom handled the website issue that prevented me from being able to set up an account. Incredibly fast and courteous response to my query, very helpful and he even emailed me to tell me when it was fixed so I could log in to my account. In my opinion, it is how well companies deal with issues which really shows how good (or in some cases bad!) they are.
Fantastic experience with Landscaping Direct and I will certainly use them again! Thank you!
