Exceptional Experience
Ordered Companion Chair set. Really pleased with the quality of the product, they are exceptionally sturdy. After a personal issue and contacting them directly I received absolutely outstanding customer service. Messages were answered within minutes and my delivery was as arranged with them and exactly as requested.
So not only excellent products, but outstanding customer service. Very rare in today's market, where other companies fall well short in these departments.
Well Recommended, but well deserved.

Good price
Good price, fast response to a query would have been 5* while the delivery was free - it took almost 10-days to deliver. Most of this was with the courier 🚚

Came in good time
Came in good time - not over packaged and no delivery fees. In addition although it is expensive this product really works ! We can’t keep power washing our patio as it destroys the grout but this stuff gets rid of the grime and green build-up etc and is easy to use. We have tried many products over the years but will continue with this as it works - Money well spent 😀

Straightforward website & excellent delivery service
Ordered 4No 12.5Kg tubs of EasyJoint paving joint grout. These were delivered to my home in Norfolk two days later in undamaged packaging. Very pleased with the the promptness of delivery and the reasonable material and shipping prices.
