Scammers avoid, pretend to be HM land registry

very annoyed with myself for using this service, they charge £25 for the title and £25 for the map, but if you go to the gov.uk land registry they do it for £7

Same as others, searched land registry on google and this came up first, filled in form no mention of price until I came across this info I could get it quickly for £12 and lower for £6. I then made the mistake of using Apple Pay and clicked pay before I spotted £51:80. I sent an email cancelling my order, I found the land registry site and paid £7 for an email showing document which arrived an hour later. Today I received same document from this company, so no refund, ignored cancellation, so annoying I can’t afford this.

Scam website !! Do not use. You will not receive any documentation.

Whatever you do, DON’T USE THIS WEBSITE! I’ve not long paid off my mortgage and typed in the first part of the Gov registry website. Google puts this site straight at the top of the search result. The sponsored footnote can easily be missed, but I clicked on it just to be curious. They want just short of £25 just for the register, and another £25 for the plans. The official Gov site is £7 for each.

They have now swooped at the name and are coning more people. Under a different name

Absolute con, I got caught out by Google 'sponsored results'. The exact same information is available much much cheaper at the official Government Land Registry.
You're never too old to be stupid, and it was stupid forking out for this service.

This is not what you think, like others I clicked thinking it was an official site. IT IS NOT, PLEASE BEWARE
I paid over £100 for my deeds, I feel completely stupid, as I would always check here first, but, I was a bit stressed out and thought I was on the Gov site, as it looks incredibly similar!!!!
The paperwork that I did receive is 20 years out of date so by no means proof of my ownership of my home!
I have reached out twice to this company and have had absolutely nothing back, they have my money, they do not care what they give you for it.
GO TO GOV.UK for land registry paperwork it will cost you £7 ONLY!!

They access the same documents you can get from the official land registry for £7 each and they charge you £25 or more for doing this. It is such a scam I can’t believe this is legal. ITS A SCAM, DON’T USE THEM.

Don't fall for it like I did.

You can get the same on official government sites for much cheaper. And at least on the gov website, you have instant access to the document you ask for.

I paid over £50 for what should’ve cost me £7 on the gov site. My own silly fault. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

Can't award zero stars. Fair enough, It does say on their website that they are neither owned or operated by the UK Government, but still an absolute scam of a site that pays to be the top result in a search so you think you're on the HM website if you don't read carefully enough. The mistake made by my elderly dad, who also has dementia. As soon as I realised his mistake, I emailed them; this was their response:

Just like the rest, i should have known better. I did a search in a hurry I needed to get Title and thought this was Land Registry. Broke my own rule go direct to Gov.uk always and check out before buying. Sadly I am an OAP trying to get Pension Credit so very little money. Glad I only went for 1 option. This firm is 8Forty AE based in UAE. I feel absolutely conned and also within minutes i received Title deeds but for someone else.....GDPR broken surely.

I believed I was dealing with HN Land Registry, when I realised this was not the official HM Land Registry which carry out the changes I required free of charge I immediately emailed them to cancel and get a refund this was 30 minutes after their call. I also tried to call them back but they did not answer the phone was constantly engaged.
I have not received any paperwork and they are refusing to refund my £540 saying they have carried out the work this was 30 minutes from their call. £540 for what? I haven't received anything from them. They say they have done all their verifications and sent paperwork??????!!!!!!! What verification they will not give me an explanation of what they have exactly done, NOTHING!!!!!
I have been battling with them for 4 weeks .

On check out, I was very concerned to have seemingly been signed up to some sort of gambling website, having being notified I'd just been gifted 300 spins. It was a troubling experience that led me to cancel the card I'd used.

They sent an email with a link to review the service that only allowed 10 characters.

Please don’t be fooled, look for the official gov,uk website. It isn’t always first in searches. That is how I got caught out.

Like others I was scammed. I paid almost hundred quid for the full pack to receive out of date deeds and despite numerous emails they are now saying I didn't place an order with them.

This company pretends to be the government land registry but it isn't. I applied for a copy of a title register but this company failed to supply it even though I had paid much more than the government land registry website. I emailed them twice to explain the correct address but they failed to reply. Do not use this website make sure you use landregistry.gov.uk.

Thought was on government web site. Needed title on paper. £24.95 +£9.95
Doesnt give total. I thought was strange. Checked bank account £59.90 taken. They then sent emails of deed plan, no use to me. I needed proof of ownership. One states they are government website, then otjers following my complaint stated not goverment website.
