Problems getting a refund for a service not provided
Refund delays. The company let me book online and took my payment dispite the address being out of their area (which i wasnt aware of) It has been a month and i still have not received a refund. After corresponding with the company to no avail. I raised a dispute through the bank which they have finally accepted. Money isnt in my account yet but fingers crossed i will receive it soon! Just be careful to check they service the location before booking, it is a lot of money and a lot of effort to get a refund.

Incredibly poor
Incredibly poor, we had an inspection completed for shared ownership flats and the certificate was presented to us on the wrong basis, as a commercial property. The recommendations were obviously incorrect, they agreed to this when we called to understand it better. We were promised a corrected report but instead received an invoice offering for thousands of pounds to rectify the (incorrect) problems. Left us to follow them up as they had forgotten to follow through on corrections or any communication or attempt to rectify the mistake.
