Great advice!
Great advice received from Martyn due to current market conditions Martyn explained it may not be beneficial to sell through them as retail yield too low and recommended a local agent instead. Great advice nothing too much trouble would not hesitate to recommend the company, would use in the future if circumstances change.

Fast, efficient sale from a truly professional company
We have just exchanged contracts on my father’s house in less than 4 weeks bearing in mind the Christmas break in between. Martyn is very helpful, honest and sensitive to what my fathers needs are agreeing to delay completion in order for the retirement flat he is moving into will be ready. Really swift and hassle free service. They a truly professional and I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Given brilliant advice
I was given some excellent advice when it became apparent that the property I purchased more than eight years ago had doubled in value and the rent had only been modestly increased. Martyn Birch handled my enquiry with sensitivity by explaining the rental yield was far too low for him to make a sensible offer. Nevertheless, he gave me some very good advice on how I could sell my property whilst having the tenants interest at heart.
