Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the frustration this caused.
I’d like to clarify a couple of points to provide full transparency. Your subscription was set to renew automatically and hadn’t been cancelled prior to the renewal date. When the renewal was attempted, the payment didn’t go through, so no charge was actually completed.
Our billing system makes up to four automatic retry attempts during a grace period. If all retries fail, the subscription is automatically cancelled. We don’t cancel subscriptions manually without user confirmation, as this grace period is meant to give time to resolve any payment issues.
Regarding the delay, we didn’t see your original email in time, which is on us. As soon as you reached out via Telegram, we handled and resolved everything immediately.
Also just to clarify, Trustpilot reviews go through a short moderation period before they become visible to us. We only saw your review once it was approved.
