I was very apprehensive about making a claim, but once I had spoken with Ridwan I felt much more at ease about the whole procedure. Both he and Elizabeth made me feel more confident about my case and were totally professional and at the same time showing concern for both myself and my friend. Neither of us had any experience of this kind of procedure and were very frightened at the prospect of going to court. We need not have worried - they both explained what would happen and kept us informed every step of the way.

They took my case and absolutely nothing for a week and when I passed a couple of months they asked me to pay them, Very bad lawyers, one can only expect problems.
