Beautiful smoked salmon and pate…
I ordered smoked salmon and smoked salmon pate for family and also for myself over Christmas. For some reason I couldnt find the pate initially on the website.
Just rang the bell on the day of collection and someone came out straight away to fetch my order (pre-ordered). Great service!
The smoked salmon is so soft and delicious... no chewy bits! I really enjoyed the pate too, but am the only one who eats it in my house, so there was quite a lot to get through in a fairly short space of time, as of course has a shorter shelf life because of the cream in it. So a smaller portion option would be nice too.
Feel so lucky to have Lambton and Jackson in Heybridge. Will be buying some more smojed salmon soon!

I’ve now used this company twice both…
I’ve now used this company twice both times for their maldon cured smoked salmon for Christmas. Although it is very expensive it’s the best I’ve ever eaten and it is a special occasion. So if really want you push the boat out given them a go

Delicious smoked goodies - I had the Malden Deep Smoked Salmon, smoked eel and smoked cod roe. All a big hit with family over the Christmas season. Plus customer service was excellent. This was my second time ordering with L &J - will definitely reorder again.
