Lamb & Co are a very professional letting/sales agency. I had the pleasure with working with Harry and Coral during the process of renting my first ever property. It was a very easy and reassuring experience and answered every question I had with great confidence and knowledge! I was searching for a property urgently and was greeted by Harry Heath. A model of and estate agent, a lot could be learned from this man, excellent customer service, even gave me the guidance needed to clear my debt to make myself more appealing to landlords.
After going through 5 different estate agents who repeatedly let me down and didn’t appear for viewings I finally landed with lamb and co. I can wholeheartedly say this was a good experience and would use this estate agents again if I was to move.

Really impressed with the level of service that we were given selling our family home . Very respectful and understanding regarding viewings as my elderly Mother was living there alone, they even call whilst in lockdown to ensure she was well and if she needed anything as we live in Bath and couldn’t visit at that time . Can’t recommend them enough they were brilliant throughout the whole process from initial viewings to completion.

We used Lamb and Co to sell our property and I could not recommend them highly enough. We had a very stressful move due to solicitors in other parts of the chain and Scott could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. I'm sure that there were times that I drove him to insanity but he remained very professional at all times. I'd recommend lamb and co to anyone in a heartbeat and I'd use them again without a second thought should we ever want to move again.

Lamb & co (AKA scott,sheen and partners). I have been dealing with Scott and all I can say is what exceptional service. when im promised a call back or email i get it. Scott has been brilant with my house buying as we had a few hiccups along the way (Due to the sellers solicitor) and he took in in his stride and even though i bugged him loads he was always polite. i would 100% recommend this estate agent.
