This company honestly went above and beyondddddd!!! first of all, I’ve never had customer service reply to an email so quickly lol. and second of all, they were so so so kind, alleviated any worries or apprehension i had, and in the end, i got my amazingggggg bag!!
they even emailed me earlier today just to ask if i received it?! i’ve never encountered a company so genuine and thoughtful tbh!!
i ran into a neighbor in my apartment building when I wore the bag out for the first time today and she immediately was like where did you get that?! so hopefully i snagged them another future customer too!! lmaooo
i know people always say “i never leave reviews, but” blah blah blah—but i seriouslyyyyy don’t!!
but after how insanely perfect this experience was for me, i felt like i had no choice but to share my experience because i’m just sooo thrilled about my cute bag!!
