Fabulous. Identified the problem and set to work targeting the problem muscle group in my back.
The additional 'homework' stretches helped massively.

Excellent friendly treatment. I found the advice on exercises and stretching very beneficial and over the course of the treatment my mobility and pain levels got dramatically better. I was refered to Lakky in Southampton for physiotherapy after being involved in a car accident, my therapist Simone Madricale was warm and wellcoming and explained the different procedures clearly, putting me at my ease.
The first visit was for assesment of my problem and i was given a set of exercises to do plus a recomendation to try acupuncture,which i did and continue to do.
I have had four sessions so far and my pain and stiffness are about 98% resolved.I have two more sessions to go and am delighted with my treatment.

Gave good advice regarding the foot issue I had. Tendons causing me problems.

I had up to 5 sessions and was given a few exercises to do in my own time.

The symptoms have subsided and I can call Lakky Physio if anything reoccurs.

I wasn’t sure what to expect or what could be done for me after a whiplash injury as the result of a car accident. I am amazed and truly grateful for the difference my treatment has made. Simone was very kind and professional, using a variety of approaches to support my on-going recovery.

He gave me long term advice as well as dealing with the acute problen at the time. Importantly, he was understanding of the number of sessions I wanted to attend and was able to afford and didn't push me to have more sessions. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
