My loan agent Sergio was patient with me while i decided what i was doing and explained everything outright to me. The loan service was prompt and so far everything is like i expected. I hope the rest of my repayment goes well.

The level of knowledge you bring directly affects your success as some pushes along did feel "sales", though 0 issue doing this again.

Best mortgage company ever! They contact me when rates drop and are constantly looking for ways to save me time and money. The app is quick and easy to use. The website has lots of helpful information on it. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They are also great at explaining things and taking the time to explain them in whatever way you need until you fully understand all of your options and what is best for you. Great customer service. I ALWAYS GET A REAL PERSON!

Easy process went smoothly

John answered all of my questions and the process, aside from issues with the identification feature (had to call service number bc a photo of my license was impossible online), was very smooth!

most thing were great, professional most of the time and very helpful. one individual came close to being a bit curt and seemed to want to pass me a long to someone else. the process with smoothly except a better explanation of the complete process at the start would have eliminated most of my follow up questions and my sitting on hold.
