I will never order from this company ever again because they take over a month to get your order and you can't get a refund until you get your order so no no more

Ordered November 30th
I keep calling customer service and they keep saying my packages is coming the next day
They won’t answer emails and customer service is very rude

I didn't receive my order and I have sent many emails to customer service and no answer I spend money for nothing

Did not receive item i ordered. received a different product worth $4.99 compared to the item i paid for $29.99. Will not answer emails stay away from this company. wish I read reviews first.

Total misrepresentation on Facebook of the item charged £10.00 per item when they can be purchased for £3.00 on ebay and other well known websites. Do not use this company without thoroughly checking the item and its price before you order.

I ordered one of those scrubber cleaning appliances through facebook and it arrived ok but the marketing video of how this chargeable brush head cleans excessive dirt off car wheels is a total misrepresentation and after following directions on charging for 24 hours, I attempted to use the appliance and as soon as the brush head touches a surface it stops so no pressure can be applied to even clean a bit of dust. I raised a case with paypal and they offered me 30% refund and then another offer of 70% refund but I declined and asked them to send me a pre-paid shipping label to return the goods for a refund. This was not forthcoming and now having seen that it will cost over £25 to send tracked and signed back to China, Paypal are stating that if the company have not received the goods within 10 days, they will close the case. Total scam!

Absolute fraud of a company ! Ordered items worth £100 3 months ago and haven’t received anything. Never received a confirmation email when I ordered. They claim they have processed a refund 4 weeks ago and are now not responding to any messages but I can see they are being read! Disgusting company !

Having seen the negative comments after I had purchased the product- Dream Wish Box- I was dubious and tried to cancel. However the product arrived within 2 weeks as stated and the light is fantastic. With 5 different slides including Christmas and Birthday themes. A soothing night light which our 10 year old daughter loves. It has a relaxing sensation for her to gently fall to sleep. So pleased and highly recommend.

I think this company may be linked to "Suneveryday" and "Happy puzzle company" who advertise on Instagram. The reviews on trustpilot are terrible.

Ordered one of those illusion mats... really bad quality and no where near an illusion!!! Please do not waste your money on any of their products.. scammers...

Do not buy from this company they are scammers who take your money and send the wrong goods, nothing like what their ad described
when contacted they ask you to return their shoddy tat to an address in China at your own expense yet the have a U.K. outlet my package did not come from China

Ordered and paid for goods through Paypal. I didn't receive a confirmation of order email or receipt but payment was taken from my account. I tried to contact the seller via their customer service email address but this was "undeliverable". Stay away from this company.

I ordered for the first time. I received a partial order. I was charged $8.99 for $5.99 items. I was told when I called that the order was cancelled, but I had already received it. I spent over (1) hour on the phone being thrown around to different people, with long hold times. Finally, I was offered to purchase the item missing over again instead of replacing it. I will never do business with Lakeside Collection again, and I know you really don't care if I don't. SAD...

Necklace came,cheap rubbish,not worth £1.00 returned it which I had to pay for,no refund.

Ordered two chains for my grandaughters. Just received them what a load of cheap tat. Never again

This company is a fraud. I have made hundreds of dollars of business with this company. Unfortunately the last two orders haven't been delivered after numerous delivery dates. After calling supervisor I got false information again. When they do arrive if ever I will return them immediately and get a refund. If I don't get my refunds I will stop payment with the bank and will never do business with this sham of a company!

Hit or Miss. Sometimes they have good prices. Sometimes not so much. My last order 2 months ago. Took 3 weeks to ship. But, it is all just Made in China Cheap stuff.

I've just ordered stuff from them. It was great but one of the things were wrecked. They need to either check what they are putting in or be a little more careful. It was really bad!
