Received letter from HMRC requesting nearly £700.00 for 2018/19 period. Five years ago, stating money went to LAKESHORE SERVICES who should have sent cheque to me. This was never authorised by me & no cheque received. Have messaged twice & had no reply, no phone to speak to anyone. Looks like I need to report to fraud.

This company is a scam I never gave any permission on my behalf to claim tax refunds back and they have manage to get details and scam a tax refund on my behalf and what I have found out there are lots more people has had this done to them by this company it's illegal and disgusting, you try to get in touch with them with no satisfaction only by email which they never reply

I received a letter from HRMC regardig Marriage allowance benefit worth £1260.
I received a letter from HRMC regarding a tax rebate ve sent to lakeshore services Ltd I've not heard anything from the company. Now finding out that the company a scam they take your money I'm reporting this to the fraud team as I want my money it's dam out of order there can get away with this there's no way of contacting them only email don't hear nothing back from them.

This company helped me to claim for Tax Rebate of £399 took out their commission including VAT and sent a cheque that bounced. They have no number, they only have an email address. However they responded by sending me my money through bank transfer.

I was supposed to receive a cheque from hmrc which was sent to lakeshore Ltd but and I never received it I sent numerous emails with no response bunch of theives who need bringing to justice absolute crooks who need reporting to action fraud hmrc and the police.

I received a cheque, from Lakeshore and the cheque bounced. Will call the tax office tomorrow! Scam
There is no number to call and don't answer emails. I've just informed the police and Fraud team.

Got my cheque after fees and surprise surprise it bounced. Phone number is for an American voicemail and emails unanswered as of yet. Bad enough they take 48% of what your entitled but to then send you a dud cheque.

yes i too have received 2 cheues for tax reclaim and both bounced when provided to my bank total scam

Lakeshore have somehow obtained personal details without consent to fraudulently claim a repayment from HMRC with false figures, and direct the refund to themselves. If you have contacted this company, please submit claims yourself, or use an accountant. It is clear this company are a bunch of scam artists who are claiming on behalf of people with stolen personal details.

I received a cheque from HMRC through Lakeshore srevices ltd,lodged it in my bank and the cheque bounced. there's no phone number for lakeshore Services Limited, this company is fraudulent they take your personal details . thiefs need to be investigated.

I received my cheque within days.. so fantastic.... then it bounced.. can't get hold off anyone

Just claimed did'nt know about tax refunds 3 weeks got a refund of £1,029 Result!

couldnt have been better had my money in the bank in less than a week from when the tax office e mailed me to say they were sending a cheque to Lakeshore within the next 14 days all e mails were answered immediately and they were more than helpful and i ended up a few hundred pounds better off money i didn't even know about

These guys claimed back money that I didn't even know about. Greatly received cheques through the post. Thank you very much

Same as everyone else so guess am in long line of ppl not getting paid their money will change to 5 when and if I get my money ps got my cheque but they take half of it

I wrote a review yesterday saying I had not been able to contact this company in reguard to not receiving my cheque and after reading the other reviews I was convinced I'd been scammed , however, this morning I received my cheque so I no longer believe they are scammers , I do however think they need to greatly improve thier contact with clients .

I am 68 years old and I was awarded a tax rebate from HMRC of just over £1300 which this company Lakeshoreservices Ltd receive which I thought I would get after they took their fees but nothing..I have messaged them 4 times can't phone there is no number this is making me really ill and I just don't know what to do...why do people get away with this and HMRC don't do anything about it..this is a lot of money for me to lose especially at my age

Fraudulent company stealing money and personal details. They are not contactable by phone, do not have an office they work from, only address for companies house. Even the information commissioner's office reference on their website is fake. There are 5 companies registered with the ICO within 3 properties either side, none have any of the staff listed as data controllers

My elderly mother got a letter from HMRC today for a rebate she has never applied for she has never spoken to this company or any companies SHOUKAT NADEEM born 1987 or TASANNAF RAZAQ born 1978 both from Stockport are named as associated with.

If you get a letter from HMRC report the company straight away, also named MYTAXREFUND

Tell HMRC it is fraud and they will blacklist them for cheque issues. Abismal frauds. Need jail time

My cheque from HMRC was sent on the 24th of July but no one from Lakeshore service ltd has contacted me yet?
