Did not get my full order and no refund for the 2 shirts and 1 dress I did not get! Tracking does not work and you can’t get in touch with anyone by phone. Emailed twice and have heard nothing! So basically they like to send an item and steal the rest of your money! Do not buy from this scam!

I love both dresses that I purchased and I love the fabric and the fit! I will definitely order more from them.

Poorest quality and the so called “customer support” is not supportive at all:
You cannot return items and also you do not get a refund - neither for items that have not been delivered or items with a very poor quality.
Therefore my advice: Do not shop here!!!

Scam! Do not buy from them. They don't tell you that returns are international to China and cost as much as the items. They don't tell you to scam you. When you ask to return you get the run around. The items received are cheap quality from China and way too small

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The size guide they provide wasn't true to US sizing (comes from china). The only return options I was offered was that I could ship at my own cost for a refund but the return shipment to china was equivalent to my purchase ($200). Or I could accept a 15% discount off my next order (which I would never buy from them again). Unacceptable international return/refund options. It's a scam in my book. Unfortunately this was my fault for not checking into this company before purchase. Expensive less learned.

My experience is much like others here. Their product images are just copies of clothes from more well-known retailers. What you receive is a cheap imitation with poor quality. While the return policy make it sound easy, when you ask about returns you find out it is to China and very expensive. I got the same offer as others- for a discount on future purchases but I told them I will never order from them again. I have filed a claim with PayPal and am waiting to hear back.

Ugh I fell for it again. I contacted them before I purchased and they said they were in the USA, it is a lie. The stuff took longer than the time they said it would, straight from China. Cheap, unbreathable materials and items are ill fitting. Material feels like the wet sheet you would cover a kids mattress in. Of course they do not want to give me a return and are saying it is expensive to ship internationally.. ummm, you said you were in the USA~

I miss stores you can try clothes on in :(

SCAM boutique. I placed an order 17 days ago and it is still in the “processing” stage. Emailed the company and their reply back was in “broken” English and a complete load of crap. Just filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is a scam. The sizes are off, it takes weeks to receive and you cannot return. If you want to return an item you have to pay for shipping to CHINA. Do not order from them.

The clothing is cheap and ill fitting. I have been trying to contact them via 3 different platforms(email, insta and facebook) in order to make a return, and no response. There is no pone number to be found, anywhere. Beware!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. This “boutique” is a scam. It took a month to receive part of my order, and what I received was cheap, synthetic fabric items and nothing like what was advertised. When I emailed customer service requesting a refund, I was told that return shipping was international and quite expensive. Instead, they offered me 10% of my money back and 15% off a future purchase! As if I would buy from this company again knowing what a scam it is! What makes no sense is the merchandise shipped from New York; however, in order to make sure you are stuck with it, they require you to send it to China for a refund! The shipping to do that is so expensive that it ends up being more than you paid for the clothes! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Their return policy suggests you can easily send it back, but that is not the case. They know what they’re sending you is junk, so they make it impossible for you to get your money back.

I wish I read the review before I order mine, so looks like they stealing some other company’s advertisement n try n copy the style with cheap materials… very bad!

My experience was as bad as previous reviews. Slow shipment of a few items, other items never shipped. Filed complaint with PayPal and had to file again b/c partial order was shipped. In the end, I had to file a complaint with American Express for resolution and refund. Don't fall for the cute boutique pictures on FB and Insta. This company also does business under the name MyWesternOutfit, and a couple other names I can't remember. Look at the images . . . it's all the same company. I'm not sure how all of their "Shops" are being approved, but I have reported them!

Just wanted to confirm all the other bad reviews to further bring down their overall rating because it really should only be 1-star. Nowhere on their website do they list that their return shipping address is in China, making a return in many cases more expensive than the initial purchase. When I emailed asking to make a return they also tried to discourage it and entice me to make another purchase with 20% off. Full-on deceptive scam.

Scam!!! I placed order and then had doubts that it might be a scam. I sent email 30 minutes after order confirmation was received requesting that my order be cancelled. I received a reply the next day asking why I wanted to cancel which I responded to on the same day. Three days later I received an email that it was too late to cancel my order and they gave me a tracking number stating it had been shipped. The tracking number was created several days AFTER I requested cancellation of the order. Also, I’ve been monitoring the tracking number and the package hasn’t moved from its its shipping facility in a week so it hasn’t even been received by USPS yet! I’ve sent numerous emails to the seller and filed a dispute with PayPal! No resolution yet! BUYER BEWARE!

Sadly my experience is the same as others - poor quality clothing mostly made from synthetic fabrics they look and feel awful. There are many others out there like them - they ship from a USA address BUT want you to return to CHINA with an absurd shipping cost AND their “Return Policy” reflects none of this important return information.

Ordered from this company at the beginning of May. It's been 20 days and Is till have not received any updates on tracking of products. The event I was ordering this for has now passed. I requested to cancel my order and refund me for all items, but they responded and said one item shipped already but they could refund me for the remainder of the items. I said yes - please do this. THEY DID NOT and when i requested an update on my refund they just responded that all the other items have now shipped and they won't be refunding me. I can only imagine the quality of the products being absolute crap when I receive them. THis is SUCH A SCAM and I do not recommend anyone ordering from here.

It's been over a month since I ordered. Yet only one item was received out of the 4. The item received came from amazon, not even this company and was cheap and not as pictured. The other items are still in sitting allegedly at UPS for over a month now. I filed a complaint because they did not stand behind their policy! They ship from a USA address BUT want you to return to CHINA and NOT back to AMAZON. They just STOLE $135 from me.
