I had some shelves cut and put up and Leonardo done such a great job, he went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Cleaned after himself and was such a lovely and kind gentleman. Will definitely recommend. Thank you again for the great job!!
Absolutely terrible communication and professionalism shown from Jose . We asked for a full end of tenancy clean and needed to know what was included, he was very sarcastic and would not breakdown what exactly was included. We decided to go ahead anyway and asked for a invoice which he was too lazy to draft up and instead just sent a text with the cost and an account number ( very suspicious) after asking multiple times he still did not send an invoice so we decided to cancel. Once we had told him we would not need his services he decided to then send an invoice. We ignored it as we had already told him NO. He then now is harassing us and contact our estate agents . I can't believe he is so delusional and unprofessional. How he still is in business is a mystery to me

It seems very strange to have this complaint, we have cleaned more than 1500 flats so far and have not had any unhappy Client , it may be that due to shortage in staff during this pandemic period they José forgot to send an email or invoice , but being the main cleaning subcontractor to more than one estate agent who can confirm how good we are , to know have this complaint , if any client is not happy we are ready to listen their complaints and act straight away , if Matt had a problem with our services he could have contacted us to find a solution not leave a bad review when is not justified.

Really pleased with the finished remodeling work. The guy's were very prompt and arrived early every morning. Standard of work was very good and good attention to detail. Would definitely use them again.
Jose and his team were very helpful and accommodating in organising the work. They were also highly reliable, punctual and efficient
