We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify the facts transparently for anyone reading this review.

The order was dispatched from our end promptly through our courier partner. The shipment was attempted for delivery three times, and according to the courier’s delivery records, the delivery could not be completed because there was no response from the recipient at the time of the delivery attempts. We also tried contacting the customer from our side regarding the shipment, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.

As a result, the courier partner returned the package to us as RTO (Return to Origin). We would also like to clarify that we have no control over the courier partner’s delivery attempts or their communication records.

Regarding the refund, our policy is clearly mentioned on our website: when an order is returned due to non-delivery arising from the customer’s non-response/unavailability, the refund is processed after deducting the applicable shipping and return-to-origin charges actually incurred. The applicable refund has already been completed from our end.

We always aim to maintain complete transparency in our operations and apply the same policy consistently to all customers. While we understand the frustration caused by a delayed delivery, describing this situation as a “scam” is inaccurate and does not reflect the actual sequence of events, the courier records, or our efforts to fulfil the order.

We respect every customer’s feedback and remain committed to providing reliable products, transparent policies, and professional service.

We take customer feedback and refund-related concerns very seriously. However, after checking our order records and support channels, we are unable to find any order placed under the name Tilling Ampi, nor can we find any communication from this individual through our WhatsApp support, email support, or phone support regarding a cancelled order or pending refund.

We therefore have no record or evidence that this person has made a purchase from us or contacted our support team regarding the issue described in this review. We believe this review may have been posted in error or is not based on an actual transaction with our company.

If this is a genuine customer, we request them to contact us with their order number or registered contact details so that we can investigate the matter and assist appropriately.

Your order was dispatched within the timeline mentioned at the time of purchase and was ultimately delivered within the committed delivery timeframe. The "Pickup Exception" status displayed on Shiprocket was caused by a technical synchronization issue between Shiprocket and the courier partner, which unfortunately prevented tracking updates from appearing correctly on the Shiprocket page.

To ensure you could continue tracking the shipment, we provided you with the direct Ekart tracking link, where the shipment status was updating normally. We understand that the lack of visible updates on the Shiprocket portal may have been frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this caused.

We also take concerns regarding customer interactions very seriously. It was never our intention to cause any discomfort, and we apologize if any communication came across differently than intended. We continuously work to improve both our logistics coordination and customer support experience.
