Worst support imaginable.

Digital inspiration and Amit's products are great, such helpful tools, but if they stop working, which they do often, you're absolutely screwed because there is literally NO customer support. No matter how many times you submit support tickets over how many months they almost never respond. Ive found that only if I tag Amit/ Labnol on X/Twitter, youtube, etc, will I eventually get one response, but when that doesn't solve the problem, silence once again.

So many hours wasted in frustration trying to fix these things that I've built parts of my business around.

Beware, do not give this company your money, they have no integrity. Read other 1 star reviews and you'll see that literally anyone that has a problem receives no support. 5 star reviews are only for the products themselves, which I'd agree with if I could get them working again!

The Google Forms Notification is a huge time-saver for me, as an educator. I often use Google Forms to collect information from students and parents. Sometimes, a spreadsheet isn't the best way for me to review these answers. Say, for example, parents are completing a brag sheet about their children. I might need to print their responses in hard copy. At other times, I need to ability to easily forward along form responses to parents - like when a senior sends me their college list. While I wish these features were built-in to Google, this application takes care of that for me.

The Google Forms add-on product, Email Notifications for Google Forms, is a winner. I had earlier been using the Google Forms built-in option to "Get email notifications for new responses", but the add-on is more versatile and easily edited. It makes my job as a form developer easier--making the notification message as useful to the recipients as possible; optionally notifying the person who submitted the form; and even incorporating form responses in the message or in message conditions.

Super easy and user friendly. The video tutorial made it easy to set up my automation in minutes. I needed to make a few edits and it was so easy to go back in and make the changes.

Hands down the best Google Form Notification tool out there. It was very easy to set up and the email notifications are perfect. The layout of the email makes it so easy to read the information. One of my favorite parts is that the email only shows the information that is filled in on the form! There is also an option to attach the responses in a PDF file. Great customer support too. 5 Stars!

Google drive does not allow file request, as e.g. Dropbox, in order to allow users to upload files without having access to other files that are in the same folder. This Add-on is therefore the perfect solution for this problem that we were looking for. In addition, the installation and the configuration is very simple, and the customization of the forms super friendly. Furthermore also the user experience to fill the form and upload the files is very smooth.

It has been really helpful to get an email notification when someone completes an online registration and we then also have a PDF with all the emergency contact details which are saved online

With this app, I'm able to see all the info submitted through my Google form. It was super easy to set up. I watched the video and had it all set up in less than a few minutes. Highly recommend.

We are a small non-profit organisation, that cares about seniors in a village. Every year we organize a boule competition tournament. It was very simple for us to use email notification for forms in combination with google forms. Very fast we could develop a solution sending results of the competition to the players of the tournament. It was very easy even by inexperienced developers as we are.

I tried to contact them for an issue on the premium account on multiple channels and more than one time, but I never had an answer. I spent money on something that's not working as it should and nobody is telling me why. Very unprofessional.

I purchased digitalgoods.dev and it worked for several months until the PayPal button stopped working. I reached out for support and received an automated response with a ticket number. It's been several weeks and persistent attempts to get support and all I get is silence. This is unacceptable and disappointing given that Amit is a def developer with great concepts. I would gladly subscribe to a paid support plan. He is doing himself a disservice and likely missing opportunities by not providing this (to my knowledge).

I found an excellent form which allows me to connect with my customers without limitations in regards to maximum file uploads and email accounts. I can send my forms to anyone and know that I also have a log of all my submissions and customer info that they've provided on my form. It is organised and wonderfully created - catering perfectly to my business needs. Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about! Not to mention, the customer service is prompt and professional. Appreciate your help, thank you Digital Inspiration!
