College Design Team Used LabJack for their Liquid Engine Testing!
I'm a part of a college design team that used LabJack equipment to run our data acquisition and controls for a liquid rocket engine our team developed. The LabJack equipment worked great and we were able to test 2 separate engines on 4 different occasions! Big thanks to the LabJack team for their support of our team and their great equipment!

The labjack U6 fit my needs well
The labjack U6 fit my needs well. Very easy to use and setup. I was taking data right away. 16bit or better resolution and high impedance inputs 1Gohms.

LabJacks are everywhere, and for good reason
So far, I've encountered LJ DAQs used in university student engineering teams, university laboratories, and in industry. In all these settings, I have only ever heard glowing reviews about the DAQs.
After personally using a T7 for a while, I can honestly say it lives up to the praise. The hardware, software, and libraries are extremely versatile, which makes development and prototyping a breeze.
One thing that I hear over and over again is how amazing the LJ support is. I never had any issues with the product itself, but the support team still went above and beyond by providing advice and suggestions to help us get the most out of the DAQ.

Used the T4 model to monitor a high-tech fish tank, with a desktop host on LabView, with Ethernet connection.
The device discovered without an issue, provided VI's worked well.

Labjack T7 delivred from USA to Norway
Ordered Labjack T7 online from USA. Goods were received in Norway 3 days later. No problems. Know the equipment from previous projects. Will be used in automated PCBA test stations. All good.

We have been a customer of Labjack for number of years now. Our startup company owns 3 T7 pros in addition to numerous add ons (LJTicks), Mux80 etc.
In my opinion LabJack’s customer support is top notch.
As with the latest purchase once again LabJack was prompt and as usual the service was very professional.

The LJtick-R device is not designed to measure small resistance
The LJtick-R device doesn't give stable enough data for my application (measuring R around 25 ohms). I received a call from tech support that confirmed the device will not work well to measure such lo resistance. So I built my own interface for the measurement, which is working better.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We apologize that you did not get a reply, but we can't find that we ever received a message. You did have phone conversations with a couple of us today so we could try and fix any outstanding problems.
You have a resistance around 20 ohms and want to resolve changes of around 0.0005 ohms. We looked and discussed and agree that is beyond the ability of the LJTick-Resistance-1000, even with the T7-Pro. The circuit you have set up yourself is working well for you and improving on that would likely require a custom circuit involving at least 1 precision op-amp.
Not getting a reply is never okay. Whether you use direct email, comment in offline chat, or our contact form, they all result in an email to our main support box. We respond to most emails the same day, so if you have not heard back in a day or 2 there is definitely some problem. If this ever happens to anyone please contact us again and if you don't hear back quickly get on chat or call us to figure out what is wrong with the email. We really hate that someone would ever think they contacted us and then get no reply.
As of this writing, our live chat hours are Monday through Friday from 9-11 am and 2-4 pm, Denver time. Yes that is only 50% of business hours, but we find that this schedule allows us to efficiently provide real support (Colorado engineers) and never use a chat robot or overseas support.
