I am grateful for Kweli because I am assured of genuine products at fair prices. The delivery is also really helpful. I would suggest further training of the delivery and installation team: the one who delivered my washing machine insisted that transport bolts had to be left on and in fact tightened them. I knew better and even the manual instructed so. I removed them after he departed.

You delivered hours after but also refused to install for me asking me money for aot of money for just SWT hing a light on very shame ful I suffered to 2 days without using my cooker just because you were taking advance of not knowing just a button!!!!!!

We did not send you a cooker installer at the time of delivery because you declined that service when offered before the purchase, and our attempts to reach you via phone call and WhatsApp after the delivery were not always successful, as you did not answer the calls. We notified you of this as well in the WhatsApp messages we sent concerning the same.
Regardless, we are glad that you got to use your cooker the right way.

I ordered a refrigerator
I ordered a refrigerator, made full payment but it was found faulty. Unfortunately the replacement has taken close to a week even when the fault is not mine. I think it's quite unfair to allow such a long delay to deliver a replacement. I have no idea why this is so...but I hope that this can improve.

At 9am the next day, 11th March, a member of the team reached out via WhatsApp to inform you that we were failing to reach you through your phone number ending with ---2532. Could it be that you were not with your phone at some points during this period?
