KUT from the Kloth Omdömen 

I bought a pair of Kut from the Kloth jeans and they developed a hole after only 9 months of normal wear — nowhere near the lifespan you'd expect at this price point. When I reached out for a refund or replacement with proof of purchase and photos, customer service repeatedly implied the issue was caused by how I washed or wore them. After multiple back-and-forth emails and being passed to a "manager," their final offer was a $25 gift card and a discount code toward buying more of the same product. If a company won't stand behind the quality of what they sell, that tells you everything you need to know before you buy. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I ordered a shirt that was $44.50. It was awful when it arrived. When I purchased it the website stated "easy exchange" for the return policy. It changed to final sale after I received it. They would not work with me and I was out the money. Will never order again from them. Rip off.

Don't order from here. The clock on returns starts the day you order and is only 21 days.
Did I mention it takes well over a week for items to ship? Over halfway through the return period and still hadn't received my order. Was out of town when they finally arrived and tried to return a pair when I got back and they basically said you're screwed, sorry that's our policy. Don't order from this company. Really disappointing for something that costs so much.

I love that they sell PETITES I purchase a lot of clothing and mainly in petites. The only bad thing is purchasing directly from their website they have horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans and they arrived very quickly which is a plus but they had already been marked down substantially but they do not honor price matches on their own sales. I mean any other store small or large if it is within 14 days they will credit you the difference. Also, for returns they give you a gift card only, that is also poor customer service. They must think they are a high-end fancy boutique in Monte Carlo. They need to IMPROVE ON THEIR POLICIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF THEY WANT TO CONTINUE SALES. PEOPLE PURCHASE FROM A COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. PURCHASING FROM THEM IS LIKE ROLLING THE DICE IF YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT THE FIRST TIME YOU ARE LUCKY IF NOT IT WOULD BE HORRIBLE HAVING TO RETURN OR ANYTHING ELSE WITH THIS COMPANY.

terrible customer service. Bought shorts that faded terribly with one wash. They did not back their product and offered me $20 off to order a new one with no refund of old shorts. They didn't even have decency to waive shipping so the $20 off went right to shipping.

Cost me 23.00 to return a pair of jeans that did t fit. They charged me 10.00 shipping to me, 10.00 back and then added an extra fee because the original firm of payment t was back on a credit card. I won’t ever do business with them again. Their actions will put them out of business soon. No one is going to put up with that in a bad economy. Time for them to never to their customers.

Offering for 20% off. Tried to use it and order went thru without discount. I immediately canceled and they responded they would cancel that the order was unfulfilled and could be canceled. I also left a voicemail (it was night).
Next thing I know- they shipped it and confirmed the order. What kind of customer service is this????

Product is decent quality-but NEVER buy directly from the provider!! Buy anywhere else, as the return policy is a joke for over-priced clothing. Buyers BEWARE!!!

With the ridiculously short return policy window that is hidden online, and the expensive price of the jeans - it seems like a scam.  Hundreds of people online agree.  I bought 3 pairs of jeans. Kept 1 and tried to return the other 2 THAT I DID NOT EVEN OPEN. But I was a few days past the "21 day" return policy (huh?!?) and they refused to take the items back - not even for store credit. They must be making SO much money off of this scam. BEWARE.

I ordered 2 items from Final Kut both size 8 one pants one shorts. The pants fit perfectly but the shorts legit fall off there is no way they are a size 8. I emailed twice before getting a standard “we appreciate your feedback but Final Kut is no refund no exchange. I wrote again 3 times and got the same seemingly automated message. I finally submitted online and seemed to get a person but it went back to “Judy” who said again there are no refunds or exchanges and they are a different cut so that explains the difference. She wrote again giving measurements showing the length which of course is different but didn’t list the waist and I have the picture showing both items and how the waist on the shorts is significantly bigger! I will never order again as I can’t trust that the items will even remotely fit!

I ordered jeans from the Final Kut section and a tshirt. My order went through but a week later I got an email saying I had been issued a refund for the jeans. No other information was given. Later I received a confirmation of delivery that inaccurately included the jeans even though just the shirt was delivered. So I just got a tshirt but paid the whole $10.95 for shipping for the partial order. Customer service said that is their policy. So be warned that their inaccurate inventory system may not have the items that you place in your order but if they have part of it you will still pay the full shipping amount.

BEWARE OF RETUN POLICY

I made 2 purchases from Kut from the Kloth around Xmas time. I assumed the return policy would be extended to 1/31/26 due to the holidays like all other retailers did. Or at the very least make a one time exception like retailers with good customer service do. Apparently, they do not value customer service & do not want return business. There’s a reason they don’t openly publish their phone number. I emailed them, which is the only way to contact them & nevere received a response.

These no hems are so ugly with all the unraveling and look so messy and needed some seam.

I’ve bought countless pairs of pants from Kut from the Kloth, but this experience ended my loyalty on the spot. I purchased an $80 pair of jeans that didn’t fit, and when I tried to return them, I was suddenly told they were “final sale.” That label was nowhere on the product page, nowhere in checkout, nowhere in my confirmation. If it had been, I never would’ve bought them.

Their refusal to honor a basic, transparent return policy is unacceptable. It feels deceptive, and it shows exactly how little they value returning customers. I’ve spent plenty of money with this brand over the years, but after this, they won’t see another dollar from me.

While I've liked the items I've purchased in person, I think they are a total scam. No one to answer phones, AI to answer emails, no shipping updates on an over $300 order for over two weeks

I've been purchasing jeans and pants from Kut for years, so for Christmas I asked my husband for something. He bought during their Black Friday sale. When I tried them on at Christmas, they didn't fit so I reached out for a return or exchange only to find out that the return window closed on Christmas Eve!! What kind of retailer advertises Black Friday specials knowing full well there's going to be gifts bought for Christmas, but the return window closes before you've even opened the gift?! Ridiculous

What a joke this company is. Their return policy is unheard of over the holidays. Please people you need to read very carefully before ordering anything from here. They do not care about their customers.

I asked my husband for something from them for Xmas. He bought it on 11/7. I tried to return it on 12/30 in exchange for a smaller size. It was denied due to their "21 day return policy" with no holiday exceptions, even for exchanges. So basically, they know people will not expect such a ridiculous return policy and be stuck with things that don't fit, etc. This means a company that doesn't care about their customers. No more money from me! Sad bc I like their clothes too...

Wife tried on a pair in an Evereve location. Found a better price direct from Kut From The Kloth website. On 11/23, purchased two pairs for Christmas in the size that she tried. They arrived at least 1-2 sizes too big. Attempted to return or exchange. Customer service phone lines were completely disconnected through New Years and the email response from the customer service manager simply indicated that there was no option to return beyond their putrid 21-day window, with no holiday window extensions. Policy also indicates that the window starts from delivery date, while customer service rep indicated order date. No options whatsoever at this point, would have been better off flushing $200, as I’d have a better chance of getting my money back. Borderline predatory, unethical practices. This place is a fraud and a joke.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Like many others have said, buying from them directly is not a great experience. I own many pairs of their jeans and have loved them in the past. I ordered a pair from them directly, and it is a style that I have owned previously and they were great, this was not the case with this pair. After wearing them a handful of times the fabric started to pull away from a seam and fray, and after looking closely it was a manufacturing defect. This was not normal wear, it was after washing them and when I put them on the fabric had pulled away completely leaving a large hole. I reached out to get a replacement pair, but I was told that it was after the 21 day return window and there was nothing they could do. I had probably owned them just over a month, which is not a long time at all. I didn't want my money back, I was hoping to exchange or maybe even get credit toward a new pair, but I got absolutely NOTHING!! When paying almost $100 they should last more than 3 wearings and 1 washing cycle. I will still purchase their products, but only from a store where I can return within a reasonable time if the product has a defect. DO BETTER!! This is a large investment and you need to stand behind your products, not just tell someone that there is nothing that you can do. 21 days is not long enough to know if something will fall apart, that is why the majority of places have a much longer time frame for defective products.

UPDATE: As you can see from their reply, they did in fact reach out to me regarding my initial complaint about a defect and asked me to send in additional information, which I did immediately. Since that time I have sent a couple of messages asking for an update all with NO RESPONSE. How the customer service could actually get worse, I do not know, but somehow it did.

I will continue to purchase from a store because I love the jeans, but I would never order directly from them again, it has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever had with a company. If they are not able to offer a credit or replace the jeans they need to let me know, not completely ghost me after reaching out.
