Purchased an item on March 27, no updates whatsoever. I have not heard from them despite multiple attempts to contact. I hope this business is not a scam. I would prefer to receive my item, please. Order #51404

Ordered a carb cap & tether for the carta 2 on April 23rd & it’s April 28th & it’s still saying shipped label created USPS waiting item… I thought by ordering express shipping 2-5 days the package would be here by now & I’ve received 2 other packages from 2 different companies in this matter of time… I wouldn’t say scam but just very slow shipping and an unorganized company… Order (#51722) p.s. I have chronic pain & PTSD so that doesn’t help… Finally came on the 29th in stealth mode lol definitely 💯 will not be ordering from this company again!!! You’ll have a blessed day!!!

I made an order on 5/4 in which i payed shipping for and I haven’t received any updates at all.I've seen similar stories and to be honest i believe this company might be a scam. This review is really the only thing i can do at this point but i would like a refund for order #51516. No point in receiving my order in two months or not at all :(

Terrible customer service. Paid for expedited shipping, didn't ship for ten days. When it did finally ship, it was USPS mail. We are now 15 days and still no product.

I ordered a piece quite a few days ago, I paid for Express shipping, 2-5 days and there website still only says order confirmed, preparing for shipment. I've tried to email and chat with there support, there is no phone number. I'm beginning to get highly frustrated and kinda bummed. Order number 51263

Terrible place to order from and they have terrible communication skills when it comes to customers and orders I ordered about ten items they literally sent one and had to swap out every other item with random items shipping took forever seems like a lot of false advertisement definitely won't recommend them or order from them again trust me don't waste your time or money

I understand they responded about my comment below which is why I gave 2 stars. I responded my apartment number the 16th & it’s not the shipped on the 22nd. So still bad service.

My fiancé bought me a piece off this website. They provided a bs tracking # and apologized for the delay last week. Still no movement on my tracking number and zero response from customer service. If my product has not shipped in next 24 hours, I will have my bank take the funds back. Shady, shady, business….

worst online store i’ve ever bought anything from, was trying to cancel my order before shipping so i could get all my money back before they tried taking half of it for restocking fee but they ignored every email and sent it instead and i was gunna buy something more expensive than the item i accidentally bought😂and they have ZERO order cancelling info and not even a number to call if something like this happens

The Cheech and Chong hemp wraps are better than I could ask for. Deliveries are always around one week and customer service is slow but appreciated.

Hello people, I ordered a rig for about 80$ and it’s honestly the best rig in my collection and I love it, hits really smooth and the quality itself is magnificent
I’ve payed more for other rigs and this one beats them all, I did pay for the shipping 2-5 business days
And got it in two days, will definitely be coming back

Do not buy from these guys. They are a scam. I finally received products from them after two months of waiting. I spent over $50 and I received two items that I ordered out of 30+ items and this was after I was asking for a full refund. They were all of the most undesirable flavors and a lot of them did not come in smoking condition. They threw miscellaneous stuff up in there like rolling machines and undesirable flavor Mint tips from king palm. Never again don’t buy from them.

Just like all of the other reviews have stated. They took my money, created a shipping label on 11/30 then just never shipped the product or responded to emails. Do your homework and do not shop with them

Buyer Beware!!! If I could give this company no stars, I would!!! I placed an order with 2-5 day shipping on December 3rd, got a confirmation email and that's it... when I try to check for updates, it just says "order confirmed". After both emailing and chatting with their customer service and getting no response, leaving this review is my only option...if they don't have the product then fine, send a refund, but just not responding is horrible customer service!!!!

I recently ordered a product from this website for the first time due to RYOT not having the item in stock… huge mistake. I paid for express shipping that rages from 2-5days. I placed my order 7 days ago.. I’ve sent MULTIPLE messages and emails through there customer service chat and email over the last 4 or 5 days. NO RESPONSES AT ALL. As I grew frustrated waiting to get an update for my order I decided I just wanted a refund due to this being my first ever experience with KushCargo.. They still won’t respond. Their chat and web page claims they respond within the end of day… blatant lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They literally just took my money and won’t respond to my messages or emails about my order status or requesting a refund.. horrible horrible customer service. The only thing I see kush cargo respond to are these reviews so KushCargo I want a refund. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online. People spending their money on your products deserve better.. Do better or don’t false advertise. I want my money back now.

Update: Made this review and got an email response in an hour. Guess reviews are just more important than customer concerns/ satisfaction. I did receive my refund though. Never again will I go through kush cargo.. if you’re looking for a site RYOT is by far the best I’ve come to know kush cargo could learn a thing or two from them.

Item was shipped quickly and the quality is extremely good. Will be using these guys again.

The order went over a week with no updates until I reached out and they finally sent it... Only to have half the order sent. Customer service was junk and can't rely on proper shipping, even after purchasing shipping insurance. Won't buy from them again and don't recommend.
