This is a horrible website. I ordered a product from them. The product was processed, but the product was never shipped to me. I was then told the product couldn’t be shipped to me because it was sold to me at the wrong price point and that if they sold it to me at the price point, it was sold to me at they risked ruining their relationship with the manufacturer and take the chance of not being able to work with that manufacturer again. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told that this was not true. I now have no product which I paid over $200 for and no refund. I have reached out multiple times I have shared proof from the manufacturer with Kush cargo and if still receive no response, no product and no refund I’ve asked for my product to be overnighted to me as I have sent them proof that what they have told me is not true and I still have yet to receive anything and I am now out almost $300. And to make things worse, there is no way to contact Kush cargo other than email so you literally are sitting duck I would highly recommend not using this website for any purchases whatsoever and Kush cargo if you are reading this, I am happy to take this review down as soon as I know that my product has been shipped to me overnighted and I have tracking info proving that.

Great customer service, great products good prices. There was a delay in my shipment. I emailed the company, had a response the next morning and a tracking number the next day. 2 packages arrived ahead of schedule and one right on time. I have brought from Kush several times and never had an issue or experience like some of the negative reviews. Chris in customer support is a great asset to the company!

I place my order on the 8th paid for Express delivery we are now on business day number 6 no tracking info received status says unfulfilled no response from customer service I sure am getting all the ad emails though would much rather do my business with a company that communicates its issue to their customers it seems as if I’m going to get the email asking to switch products like most of the reviews. Say I do not want to switch products. I ordered what I wanted.

The only reason I'm giving this shop 2 stars and not 1 is because at least the shipment showed up (and in 1 piece). Unfortunately however the ordering/processing/shipping portion of the order didn't go as smoothly. The order shipped out late with no apology other than I was told I'd get some extra goodies for the mess up on their part. I feel like I've been slapped in the face by them at this point though because the "extra goodies to make up for it" was literally a TINY bag of sour patch kids candy. That's literally it. That's seriously so unprofessional and just plain rude to do that to a customer.... This site has a ton of bad reviews for a reason! Sadly I didn't check them before ordering so that part was my bad. Ugh this company sucks though honestly. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

I recommend do not make any purchases or conduct any type of business with the kushcargo.com website. Product website does not accurately reflect the products in-stock. After placing my order and not receiving it after 3 weeks I contacted kushcargo.com customer service and was told via email my items ordered we not in stock and would be available by weeks end. I allowed another to receive my products and never received them. I reached out again to customer service to inquire about my shipment again. Unfortunately it took several extra days to receive a response from kushcargo.com. The customer service is below average, mediocre at best. The expectation to provide solutions or to resolve the issue was never met. More excuses and more delays was the information I was provided. At one point I was offered to switch out my products for something different in stock. I agreed to the change and waited.....Two weeks pass and still no shipment arrived. I contacted kushcargo.com customer service again to be told.....Sorry we don't have the other products in-stock to switchout your order. Truly one of the worst online ordering experiences I've ever had. Kushcargo.com you need to step your game up and do better. I would not recommend using kushcargo.com for any of your tobacco smoking or periphinailya headshop needs. Do some research read reviews and chose wisely. Kushcargo.com is a thumbs down 👎 .

I order a rainbow battery and still haven't got it it's been a month now and haven't seen any package and no tracking for it

Scam! Avoid at all costs. I’ve been waiting for 24 days and counting, and my item still shows as in stock. The responses have been very slow, and I haven’t received any viable tracking numbers. I've been “waiting for details” for three weeks now, but USPS has never received the package. I've been ignored by Chris.

Ever since I order with Kush Cargo Staff was very helpful. Quick response, great customer service and lots of patience by getting to the bottom of your issue with your purchase. I want to thank Chris for guiding me in all the changes and support with my orders. Sometimes is how much you know how to use such high tech dab solution. Always ask if in doubt they will guide you through.

Ordered stuff never got a shipping notice, reached out after a week and they tell me they never had it in stock. Place is a scam. They show everything in stock to try and get you to change to something else.

Just the worst experience from the start. This company sucks, their customer service is awful. I will NEVER order again.

Kush Cargo is a company of scammers. March 10th I had placed an order for an OOZE bot pen battery. They told me after 2 days after placing my order that they were out of the product and asked me if I wanted to wait or get a refund. Obviously I wanted the pen battery I ordered 2 days prior to being asked.

2 weeks go by without any follow up, so I email them what the expectancy is because OOZE was restocking the same product for cheaper. At this point they read my email and ghost me for 6 days until I sent another email saying that I wanted my refund.

It has been 2 months and they never sent any refund and have yet to respond to any of my emails. Even with being reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Kush Cargo is my go to for anything needed for my kronic needs

Had received half my order an 2 weeks for the first half an probably another 1 to 2 for the other half.

They came through, took a little while but I got my tracking

Wish I could give negative stars. Order placed for M7 xl they showed in stock. Ordered on 2/28/25. Went days without tracking. After emailing them giving me the run around they finally sent me a package of 4 cones boxes as a “gift”. Dude I don’t even smoke. I use vaporizers. Said the color I ordered was out of stock. So I agreed to change from Rosium to the ObsiduM. Days went by again and had to send like the 8th email to this scam of a company. They told me this morning at like 10am they would get ahold of there TX warehouse as I should have a tracking number by now. Just blowing smoke up my A#* I’m sure so they can fraudulently steel my money thinking I’ll wait to do a charge back. Sent them a email again tonight giving them till noon on Friday 3/14/25 to refund my order or ship what I paid for. Stay away from Kush-Scam Cargo. I bet I’ve sent 10 or more emails. It’s been almost two weeks. What a joke of a company.

My order number was #55406 they still haven’t shipped my packed and it’s been over a week. They have only replied to one of my emails saying the order was going out that day but it never did. I still don’t know if I’m getting my item I paid $50 and I’m probably going to have to contact my bank if It dosent get shipped

Don't listen to the negative comments. Trust me when I tell you they are 100% legit. I received nothing but excellent customer service. I been collecting glass since 1996 so I take this very serious. I ordered the Christmas Tree dab rig and this piece looks so bad ass in person I'm gonna order another one as soon as I'm finish with this review. So like I said don't be hesitant to order they have nothing but quality products and some of the best customer service I have ever received.

I ordered a 510 pen. They told me it was out of stock for 1 week but they would sent it when it arrived and I would recieve the tracking info. I waited a week and a half with no updates, reached out again, and was told it still wasnt in stock and to choose something else. I chose a different product for 7 dollars less, was told I would recieve tracking, and got nothing. I reached out 4 days later and was told they are also out of that product. The whole business is shady and seems like they are counting on running the clock out to make returns and payment disputes as difficult as possible.
