I was at my wits end , went into menopause, and like overnight I was in terrible pain , my feet hurt , my knees , hips and shoulder. I went to the dr , nothing , was going to try hrt to see if it helped . Gee I would have tried anything. Your ad was on all my social media platforms.
I had tried every vitamin product on the market , spent a fortune on pills and lotions .Nothing helped .

Lost delivery from 3rd Sept
Notwithstanding the response today was for a shipping problem that occurred back on 3rd Sept (nearly 3 weeks ago) I would have thought this problem should have been found by your own systems earlier, but has now been fixed in the short term with a replacement product. So, zero score for original problem and score of 4 for today's resolution. Thank you.

After a year of taking Kurk i'm still…
After a year of taking Kurk i'm still not convinced of the benefits. However my gripe is lack of a reply to my email after being charged and now received Kurk, for a subscription that i had deactivated. I went to log into my account and was redirected, as an existing customer.i checked that my subscription was still deactivated which it was and now about a month later have an order paid for and deliverved when i didn't want it at this time. I sent an email and got a reply that they would look into it but haven't heard another word.Some response from this company would be appreciated.

Peri-M brain fog and sleep disturbances are gone
In peri-menopause and brain fog and sleep disturbance was rife. 1 month in and I sleep through the 3am (mostly - from every night to only 3 times maybe a month) plus the brain fog is GONE.

I tried the kurk product for 8 weeks. Unfortunately it didn't make a difference to my arthritis pain so I cancelled my subscription. They were polite but asked MULTIPLE times to reconsider etc eventually we got there.

Poor Customer Service
I have been a KURK customer almost since their inception and I would give them 5 stars for the supplement all day long.
My problem is I have emailed Customer Service twice in the past month. One to advise them of a change of email address - I tried to do this on the KURK portal without success - and once because it seems they have ignored my first email. They have not responded to my second email either.
As a consequence I am unable to access my account. There seems to be no order history or subscription details.
I have no idea when, or if,my next delivery is due and I used the last dose of my current bottle today.
This is a poor way to be treated for being a loyal customer for many years.
Let’s hope they read their TrustPilot reviews and I get a response soon.
