This company is superb. I love receiving my meals, which are always fresh and delicious.

I used this company while in London for a long work trip. I truly loved the food. Good selection of dishes, healthy and always delicious. I will use Kurami again when I come back and I reccomend it to friends. The little chocolate snacks are so good, I ask them to make a box to take to the plane!

The taste of the food is really bad everything taste to celery.
First time I wrote a negative review but the food is awful taste, although it healthy.

My husband and I rely on Kurami 5 days weekly, for all our mains and snacks.
We have been subscription clients since the beginning of lockdown, and we could not be more grateful for the service provided to us!! I am giving it four stars because I would appreciate being able to recycle the boxes as a standard, and not only for subscription clients.

The price is expensive but worth it / I tried all the services and this is the best to me. Sometimes delivery is quite early but they can leave box outside if you ask

Having eaten Kurami for over 6mnths now I can confidently say that it has helped me eat well! I love the variety and the attention of the rep Camilla at customer care. I always look forward to my delivery!

Good food and presentation. I don't like the tempeh scramble for breakfast but they were happy to accomodate my request. I have now subscribed.

Really awful quality and taste of food, particularly given the price (over £100 per week for 5 days of 1300 calories). I don't normally leave negative reviews but felt compelled here given the marketing hype seems to obscure the true value of these meals. I chipped a tooth on the snack on day 1, which were inedible beetroot crackers and can hand on heart say I've never had such tasteless, slimey food. Such a disappointment.

I tried the 5 days calorie controlled. I was incredibly disappointed. The food was far below professional standard both in flavour and presentation. The appealing menus are misleading: pancakes, muffin, dumplings are all stodgy shapeless balls, not vaguely resembling pancakes or muffins or dumplings. I choose the pescatarian version and only had 3-4 shrimps in one meal and salmon in another one; all other meals were bland, cheap, vegan. It's ridiculously expensive for what you get. I don't give one star only because the delivery was faultless.

I absolutely love Kurami. It is expensive but, compared to other meal delivery companies, the quality is off the chart. So much attention goes into the balance of ingredients and I definitely feel full on the vege 1600k plan (I don't get the drink).

I do 1 week a month to keep me on track.

Only downside is delivery in my area is 9.30ish by which time am already starving.

I had a lovely experience both in regards to the food and the service. I gained so much free time not having to worry about my meals without having to make any compromise. Each dish was luxurious, well balanced, and I felt strong and energetic every day.
The customer service was polite and efficient and everything went really smoothly. I was super satisfied, will for sure order again and recommend it heartily!

Big fan! I absolutely love the food at Kurami and it has helped me to lose some weight too. I have tried many food delivery services in London, and Kurami's food is without a doubt, the best out of all of them - it's fresh, substantial portions, and the taste is out of this world!

In terms of customer service - I had to make some changes to an order I placed and they were quick to reply and always very kind!

I ordered a week plan and found the food really underwhelming. The burger was nice but everything else was bland and felt cheap. Tinned corn and beans for every meal. Really disappointing and hard to contact customer service. Definitely the worst meal delivery I’ve tried in London.

I had Kurami for 2 weeks time, the food was fine and nutritious.
Customer service was swift in replying.

Reason for 2 star review is that out of the 2 weeks, two deliveries were placed outside the house because I was away and someone took the food. Kurami was not able to replace the food in question. Arguably its 1 out every 7 days the food I paid for was not able to reach me. In case you have a workaround for that you could consider this review to be 3 (maybe 4) stars
