I bought a Kuppet portable semi -automatic washing machine less than a year ago. It says it's a Kuppet right on the machine. Here's my list of improvements for the machine.
Needs a draining pump
Being a gravity drain system, it needs a high base
Much longer power cord
Better quality and much longer hoses
A much better lint filter (mine broke)
Maybe wheels
My machine is unusable due to
no lint filter. Lint on everything

Washer was working GREAT until.... it wasn't. Wouldn't stop draining... NO SUPPORT NUMBER!!!

The washer draining wont stop, and if you turn it "off it keeps going and the washer itself will actually turn on as well!

It was working fine. I really love this machine but now it's making a very loud noise.

Paid $300 for the Kuppet model #mk23 mini fridge and it has an F1 error code and won't go back to the E settings tried messaging these people and they wanted me to give them my debit info. Rediculous. Will not ever by from them again

please i need one part for my machine kuppet ,where ican buy the parts? i need spin pump dryer not funtion in my machine ,iwant fix.

I will never shop with this company again. Purchased a washing machine and within the first 6 months it started leaking. Now, it just won't even work! This is an expensive purchase to be ignored as a customer. I tried to contact the company many times via Amazon and received no response. Amazong started to reach out as well and no response. They adversitesed a 1 year warranty when I bought it but then don't respond and now Amazon won't refund my money. Total scam of a company who clearly doesn't stand by thier products. Buyer Beware!

I bought. Kuppet washer and it just quit working I bought at end of February this year by April so water pump did not work. I contacted Amazon they tried to contact seller no response. So I kept using washer but to drain I had to flip washer. This was the 2 in one 21 gallon washer.

I have a 3 year warranty through Amazon. They won't touch till kuppet warranty over. So I am stuck with a 6 month old dead washer.

I brought a kuppet portable washing machine from Amazon in Dec 2020 3 months of having it, it started making a clicking noise when it would drain the water out. Right after it happened I contacted Amazon and no responses. Then last month in the middle of washing and draining clothes the whole pump went out and stopped working. Contacted Amazon again their answer is they can't help me that I would have to contact Kuppet manufacturer. I love this item and I would a replacement washing machine... Thanks

Purchased a wine Cooler, did not receive a user manuel. Cannot adjust the temperature. I purchased through Amazon sent an email to seller the response I received was unlock it with no instructions on how to do that. Sent two more emails to seller no response. Then reached out to Kuppet via email since there is not a contact phone number. No response. Terrible customer service if you make a purchase from Kuppet they do not stand behind their product. Do not recommend purchasing from them. I will be looking for another Wine cooler from another company.

Recently bought 603500 washing machine. Good: Washes clothes relatively well. Good capacity. Light weight. Spinner works very well. Bad: electric plug chord is laughably short, spinner difficult to balance to avoid the shaking and knocking. The Ugly: water input- hoses are laughably short and flimsy. Trip to hardware store a guarantee. You will never. ever. get rid of soapy water in your clothes. No matter how many times you will try to rinse or spin. I tried 6x but water still drains soapy. And I used a minuscule amount of detergent. Obvious fatal design problem. Company doesn't have a 800 number. Must pay for a call to UK. small- time operator, obviously.

Very upset with this company I bought a water cooler and it was broke and they refuse to help me send it back They want to change my review But I will not So I lost my money Very bad customer service

Worst experience we have ever had. The water cooler was flimsy, over priced and made of all plastic so we returned it. It has been over a month and we have yet to get our refund. It cost 30 dollars to ship it back. Worst customer service ever. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company/brand!!

I have ordered a package almost a mont ago and still haven’t received that. I sent couple of emails and no one replied to me. I do not know if I should wait or make another order, definitely not using this website.
So unprofessional and complete lack of communication with customer. I’m very dissatisfied and I’ll never order anything from this website again.
