Wary at first but proved COMPLETELY WRONG!
I was really wary of this company due to reviews I had read. Not sure what everyone else experienced but it does not sound like the company I dealt with. I ordered a unit and when it arrived it was damaged. I dreaded contacting the company as thought I would be ignored. I was WRONG. I got an email response straight away to say my query had been received. The next day I was asked for a picture, which I sent. The next day I was told a new unit was on its way. AMAZING. Customer Service. Kept me informed all the way and my new unit arrived 2-3 days later. Would buy from here again. Thank you for such great service.

Fabric has given me a terrible painful and itchy rash.
I was initially impressed with the menstrual pads as they are soft and easy to wash and use, but after wearing them for a few days they have given me a terrible case of contact dermatitis- very red, sore and itchy rash. I have stopped wearing them and switched back to disposables and the rash seems to be improving.
