I had a really wonderful experience at the Edinburgh branch.
The girls were super helpful and made myself, my mum and friend feel very comfortable. I was able to have a look through some dresses and try some one with ease. I said yes to the dress which I wasn’t expecting to do but just knew as soon as I tried it on. Lovely experience all round
Huge thankyou to the lovely Megan listened to what I wanted and found my perfect dress. Thank you soo much for making me feel soo comfortable and confident in my dress choice xx
I was so looked after when I came to the Kudos Bridal shop in Dunfermline! The woman taking care of me, Jackie, was absolutely amazing! I was so worried I wasn't going to find something I 100% loved because there was always something I didn't quite like with previous dresses I had tried on. Jackie listened to everything that I liked and didn't like with each dress I tried on and in the end found me my dream dress! The other staff in the shop were also so wonderful if they came in to the room and were complimenting me and making suggestions if I was unsure. I was also given the opportunity to try on some different veils to see how they would look with the dress! I'm so excited for my first fitting and can't thank everyone at Kudos enough for making me feel so special!!
Had the most amazing experience here I had quite a few pictures of what I wanted and the girls delivered them all to me after trying them on I didn't like any of them on ,they got me to try on 1 i really didn't want and OMG there was tears truly stunning and It was a big yes to the kudos dress the girls here are amazing they really listen,no there stuff and I had great fun they also put up with my 7 person party that tagged along well done girls a massive thank you 🥰
Went to the appointment very excited. Was told I would have to pay a charge as I wasn’t a ‘serious bride’ as I haven’t booked a date yet. While agreeing out of awkwardness the lady continued to say ‘my time is my time I would have to turn away a sale for todays appointment’ (The appointment was booked in advance btw) while I paid.
I felt like she did all she could to just get me in and out was told 2 hours was there for just over an hour and didn’t get to try veils or even touch any of the dresses to look for myself.
She told me she’d write down the dress I liked but escorted me out the door without it.
It’s maybe the vibe for other people but wasn’t for me.
Tried a wedding dress which I liked but wasn’t 100% sure and didn’t have my mum or bridesmaids with me to help with opinions. Made an appointment to return with them to help me. At the second appointment the lady helping me into the dress basically told me I wasn’t to come back for any more appointments. She was really horrible and had me in tears. I had no intention of making another appointment so there was no reason to be rude. I just wanted the opinion from my family.
Loved the dress, but didn’t get it as I was too upset at the way she made me feel and just wanted out the shop.
