Well what a horrible company

Well what a horrible company, you send knee massager and after one day it stopped working, although it said it had a massage it didn't.
You refused to send pre paid label and you have been horrible. The bank are saying you sent address which you did a return address to China and no it wasnt pre paid. I have written a trust pilot review not to go anywhere near your company as now £99 out of packet. You should refund instantly,now they have said I can send £40 and they will sebd me a newer model, I think they think I am mad

I would give 0 starts if I could I paid…

I would give 0 starts if I could I paid £53 for the product and never received it. I sent numerous emails to these, because there is no way to contact them by phone and they don’t want to know stay clear Darrell Else

I understand that it might be difficult to distinguish between companies with similar names, but I want to kindly clarify that my business is not the one you may be referring to in your recent review. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, and I was quite disappointed not to have the chance to explain this to you. Ending the call abruptly felt somewhat unfair, as I believe this issue could be resolved with a brief conversation.

That said, I completely respect your time and opinions, and I hope the matter you’ve experienced is resolved quickly.

I’d like to sincerely explain how important it is for me and my business not to be affected by a review that doesn’t reflect our actual work. It appears the review may have been intended for another company with a similar or identical name. We are not the company you had dealings with.

If you could kindly revisit your feedback and consider removing or amending it, I’d be truly grateful. It would also help if you could double-check whether another company might have been the intended recipient of your comments.

Just to clarify: I run a building company. You're very welcome to view our work on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok under KTS Services, to get a better idea of who we are and what we do.

KTSServices recently did my kitchen…

KTSServices recently did my kitchen project which involved a new build on the other side of my house to move the kitchen. Their work is exceptional and they work so hard. They are pleasant to deal with and the finish is to a very high standard. I could not be happier with the result and it has transformed my house. I would not mind but KTSServices actually attended the kitchen showroom with me and helped me negotiate with the kitchen supplier to get me the best price possible and even drove me to collect my tiles. I think this is unheard of to be honest. Just use them to do your big projects you will not be disappointed

Excellent service

KTS Services recently renovated our bathroom and the transformation is truly wonderful. Throughout the whole project, from the planning stage until the actual renovation and installation the level of service was excellent. The team were always so professional and despite the obvious mess managed to keep a clean work environment.
I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous Company and Fabulous kitchen ☺️

Krystian and his team have just completed our Kitchen renovation, and we are blown away by the beautiful space they have created for us. From the moment we met him we knew it was going to be a great fit for us. He listened to our wishes and concerns before the project started and from the beginning he kept us up to date with everything that was happening, gave us great suggestions on how to move forward with certain aspects of the project and every little extra bit we added on was no trouble at all. The kitchen itself is amazing and shows such great craftsmanship, and attention to detail. They tided up at the end of everyday and was really considerate to our home. All in all a great experience and a great company. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get a kitchen renovation

kitchen installation…

I recently had a kitchen installation done, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Krystian and his team were not only professional but also maintained a clean workspace throughout the entire process. Best builder ever

Put simply, this is the best experience I have ever had with any builders/fitters. Khrystian has been fantastic from start to finish. He has been removing and installing a kitchen – including all appliances – and it has been fantastic. He has been incredibly considerate at all times and he has worked really hard to find solutions to any problem. Nothing has been too much work or too much trouble. I really cannot recommend him highly enough.
