Kreatli helped our 15-person content studio move faster with less back and forth
I run a 15+ member content studio, and after using Kreatli I’d rate it an 8.5/10.
What’s worked really well for us is how naturally it fits the way creative production actually runs. Projects, files, versions, feedback, and approvals live in the same place, so we spend less time chasing context across email threads and chat messages. The review experience is the standout: being able to leave precise, frame-specific notes removes a lot of confusion.
It also reduces friction across roles. Editors, producers, and stakeholders all work from the same place. That has noticeably cut rework for our team and made handoffs cleaner.
Why it’s not a full 10/10 (yet): there are a few places where polish and speed could improve. We’d love slightly more streamlined onboarding for new collaborators, and a couple of workflow touches that would make larger, multi-project weeks even smoother.
Overall, Kreatli feels purpose-built rather than bloated. For content teams that need media review plus collaboration and organization in one platform, it’s a strong option and we plan to keep using it.
