Dear Krea Team,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with your communication and clarity around promotions. Your Black Friday offer was advertised on your website all day, but when I tried to use the promo code, it had already expired. Despite the offer still being displayed, I was unable to complete my purchase.

I emailed your team to resolve this issue but have not received any response. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially as I was prepared to purchase your most expensive plan.

It’s disappointing that you did not honor the advertised deal and failed to clarify when it ended. Clear communication and prompt responses are essential, and this experience has been very unsatisfactory.

I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service in the future.

krea ai is just a money trap and only wants your money. It offers free usage yes but 3 minutes per day. The room artificial intelligence is so weak and problematic that it can never produce results suitable for your promt, it produces arms with feet instead of 3-legged hands. With such ridiculous results, in the end, in 10-12 tries, maybe if you are lucky, you can get 2-3 realistic results.
Despite all this, if you have any problems, there is no technical service customer representative or anything, they just ban you and block you. So you cannot even make a complaint or feedback, they have no understanding of piracy. "A smiling girl" gives you an NFSW warning in response to the promt you write, applies censorship and makes you feel like you are a potential pedophile pervert.
I have been trying to try it for free like a test drive for 2-3 months, but they had problems at least 40 times and in response to my feedback user experiences, they deleted me from discord and banned me everywhere. But they still advertise to make hundreds of dollars worth of people slaves. I think it's the worst AI on the market, and it's also the most censorious and user-unfriendly.

Perfect to make 3D renders look more natural. No good results, when trying to enhance real photos. You can try for free - premium is with fair prices.

Not happy with quality of image generations and upscales. This tool trying to be master of everything but ends up being master of none. Waste of time if you want high quality.

Well, it's an ok tool
– But there is a problem with creating female characters. They are often large-breasted and lightly dressed. It seems like a very old fashioned and "straight male gamer"-mindset ... and useless in the real world.
It would be nice to have a place to give user feedback so that the developers have something to work with.
After all, it is an eternal and exciting development :)

The Best Ai tool that i have gown through is this krea.ai because i have to go on many websites for upscaling my images with limits of credits but this ai is amazing but sometimes it doesn't upscale the image in the right manner. I will give it all 4.8 stars/ratings but one thing is this that it is also a paid tool...................
