Never received the H2 Ocean salt we…
Never received the H2 Ocean salt we ordered. This is the second time they have failed to deliver it. Stop using Royal Mail and use a proper courier. Item was refunded and I bought elsewhere

Used shop for years excellent staff well stocked and very informative. Never had a problem. First time order on line, stock on back order had to wait over a week only responded after I emailed but was delivered eventually hope this is a one of .

Expired product
Ordered the Compact Lab test kit. The expiry date of the kit had already passed. Contacted for a replacement/refund and refund offered. Which makes me think they don't have any kits that are in date. Will shop elsewhere in future.

My experience with Kraken is excellent compared to other sellers online. Communication and speed of delivery has been next to non. Prices also competitive and would recommend them to any reefer in the UK.
