The quality of the sweatshirts are a lot thinner than sweatshirts made in the USA so it’s disappointing and the Asian sizing varies too much. It’s difficult to find a good fit, especially the ones where it’s obviously random sizing with just a sticker versus a real tag.
I’m also disappointed that exchanges are non-existent and I was just offered the same item in a size I thought may fit but I pay for postage. Why would I bother paying for something I still have no guarantee will fit properly plus thin, rather cheap material and also cheap screening for decorations….?
Frankly, I was quite surprised in the quality after reading raving reviews before ordering, a turnoff granted BTS makes so much money and I would think customer satisfaction would be more fair. Was originally excited in ordering but have found better quality clothing with other companies like Etsy or Amazon. Regina Gantan

BTS hoodie came a little later than I expected as I had planned to wear it to their concert in LA Dec 2 . I may have ordered it too late so it was ok as my friend had ordered one from Amazon . It is a nice hoodie though can’t say anything bad . It fits nice and is roomy .

Customer Service is great. Delivery time was faster than I expected. The cons for me is I feel some of the prices are too high. I’ve bought merchandise from many groups and this by far is the highest. The other issue I have, and it’s not only you, you don’t have apparel merch for higher plus size. I happen to be a 5-6X in American made clothing, so nothing made in Asian apparel will fit me. I really want a BTS hoodie and I can’t find one anywhere that would fit me. Otherwise everything was great!

BTS army club has never missed a delivery and love the merch. They are friendly with thier notes they send with the merch.

I love my hoodie I got...it's light but warm. And adore my keychains. Overall very satisfied.

Everything I ordered was perfect. Shipping was faster than I thought. Wish the masks with the decals were still for sale because I loved mine but I lost it.

Loved the design. The shirts were very nice, although they were not 100% percent cotton. I had asked and was told that they were 100% before I made the purchase. I do like the neckline, more of a scoop than a crew neck.

I bought the suga love yourself hoodie.It is great quality and extremely beautiful however I’d really recommend getting the size up.It would also be an idea if there was a couple of larger sizes for the more curvier of army.
