I accidentally chose the wrong post length for my earrings. Customer service replied promptly, clarified the sizing, and adjusted my order without any hassle.

First time ordering ordered a 118.00 14k nose ring. Received packaged very good was excited. Then couldn’t get back off threading was way to tight. Finally got off post was bent and no way of getting back on to lock. Contacted customer service cut off several times then told email service explaining and video. I did which come on how do you video with one hand and something so tiny. Both times email comes back undeliverable saying problem on their end. I would never recommend.

Really bad quality and they did not send me what I order also I clame a return and they offer me 35% back after I told them it was not the product I order I’m just saying be careful not a good customer service

14k Gold huggie earrings seem well made and customer service has been quick to reply back to my request for an exchange! I would order from them again.

size deception
ordered an earring for cartilage. On the site the size appears to be decent and mentioned solid gold. The earring is the tinnest little thing that is not worth $300!!!!!!!! Absolute deception

Hi ordered some earrings they came fast and packaged nice unfortunately a bit small contacted customer service got a quick response and they have offered to replace them

Irreführende Produktbeschreibung, viel zu teuer, unterirdische Qualität und bei Reklamation wird nicht reagiert, sodass man am Ende doch zahlen darf.

Company is a scam for sure..I placed an order over 200 days ago never received it and I can't get a hold of anyone to find out where's my package or even try to get a refund..the first few times I ordered from them and did receive my packages but this time I didn't get anything and the earrings are really cheap also.. please please please don't order from this company. It's my lost but I know never to order from them again.

Bestel hier niet!!!! pakket niet ontvangen maar wel betaald voor de artikelen en nu reageren ze niet om betaling terug te storten.

Really really bad experience. They agreed to cancel my order but they still sent it and they didn’t cancel this order from Klarna. Impossible to communicate with them I am still trying to get my money back but I will sue them for this because they are frauds

Pacco arrivato distrutto, orecchino spezzato e nessuna assistenza post vendita!ho mandato diverse mail ma non rispondono!la procedura per il reso che hanno sul sito è fasulla..la mail relativa non esiste!sono dei truffatori!!

Una stella è pure troppo per questi truffatori che spacciano gioielli per argento placcato oro quando in realtà è plastica di seconda scelta persino difettosa. Ho speso 40 € per un ordine che non ne vale nemmeno 10.

Kundenservice antwortet nicht auf Mails und auch nicht wenn man Sachen retournieren möchte - bin deshalb auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben.

Totaler Betrug, Ohrringe sofort kaputt und Beschichtung ging total schnell ab, Schmuck färbt sich nach paar Tagen dunkel. Kundenservice nicht erreichbar, niemand reagiert, obwohl ich noch rückgaberecht hätte.
Bloß nicht bestellen!!!

Fake gold products and impossible to return

Echt bizar slecht. Kwaliteit is gewoon van alie express je ziet en voelt het meteen. En dan een retour sturen kost je gewoon zo €20. Wees gewaarschuwd

Such bad customer service, took days for despatch when I asked them to cancel my order it then took days for them to come back to me, in the meantime the items were shipped - the items arrived which were NOT fit for purpose & now after 6 wks I'm still waiting for a refund and customer services won't respond to my ask - awful company to deal with, don't waste your time!!!
