I placed an order on NOVEMBER 22nd(!!) and haven't received it, nor any updates if it was even shipped. I have emailed and emailed and used their Contact Us form on the site. No one ever responds. I will be looking into legal action next since they sure were quick to take my money.

My order confirmed (3 months ago), payment taken, no further contact, and no product received. No response to multiple email contacts seeking assistance. Account on website shows payment received and product "unfulfilled." I understand some orders can take a long time to ship. But, no product no response is unacceptable.

Worst company I have ever come across buying trousers on line. Paid £45 on 8th December. Then nothing! 5 e mails sent….zero response.
Now having to go through bank to try to get money back.
Please never use this company.

Items finally arrived after nearly 7 weeks!
The quality pf the products are nothing like the pics, - flimsy, dodgy sizing and cheap feeling. Just tat really. Given these were quite expensive I am very disappointed. This company are not interested in their customers , provide no contact information and don't respond to any form of contact. I don't even want to engage with them for a return - thats how little I think of them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Never got the goods or answers by e-mail...scammers

Never received my product, they never responded to my emails, basically robbed of 45 euro

I ordered a cardigan which should have been large which even though the label said so was small I couldn’t get it over my head. I have tried to contact the company but there email address does not work.

I feel like I have been scammed
Ordered some trousers, for the price paid the quality was really poor.
Followed the return and refund process, email bounced back twice as not recognised
Went through contact us section, no response.
Avoid at all costs!

I have payed my trousers more than one month ago. I did not received any items. Very bad service. I still don’t know if I will received what I have payed

J'ai finalement reçu ma commande après 2 mois d'attente pour la France, je ne suis pas sûre du bon rapport qualité prix, je ne sais pas si c'est solide sur le long terme, le tarif me parait élevé pour ce que c'est. Ils annoncent sur leur site un délai de livraison de 3 à 4 semaines. Dommage qu'ils ne répondent jamais aux emails, ni sur les réseaux sociaux, au moins ils auraient une meilleure relation avec leurs clients.

We order 2 articles since December 19th 2024, today we have receive nothing, there is no number phone call, they don't answer our email, their website form, and social media private messages.... do not order anything, it's a fake website kori.world

Absolutely shocking company! Poor quality product and when I requested an address to return they informed me it was €24 to return!! How is that when it costs them £4.99 to ship!

Absolutely terrible quality product and service. No where near to what was being advertised. Do not buy. Requested a refund. Hope they email me back.

Quality 3/10 really depends if you get lucky
Shipping 9/10 comes from china but the tracking is excellent, was fast aswell
Style 5/10 really depends if you get good items
The items might be wrong Material and different than advertised, feels like a cheap china shop
Only buy if you want to risk it (I like 3 out of the 4 items I ordered)

clothes are awful quality and the website shows thousands of positive reviews despite them not displaying any review that is in anyway negative. very dishonest.

Ordered 4 items.

Arrived after almost a month, however there were defects with some of the items and I got in touch with them within 24 hours. I have yet to have a response and it's been over 2 weeks now - Opened a dispute on Amex in hope to get my money back.

Out of 2 tops, one was a right fit and the other was completely too small as if it were 2 sizes too small and also had defects that is a rip with material/threads coming off.

I believe this company is a drop shipper so have assorted clothes with pointless sizing tags as nothing is the same sizing wise.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!! I thought I would give it a chance after reading reviews which were mainly positive … stupid me. It’s a shop that makes horrendous knock offs of the clothes in the pictures. They are made from the nasty plastic fabric that cheap Halloween costumes are made from. Metal press studs are dented, mens shirts button the wrong way. On both items there are dirt marks, pen marks, other weird stains and the fabric is pulled. I am so upset that they have taken £78 of my hard earned money and I can not find a away of getting a refund. I hope PayPal can help me.

There is no customer service. There are no refunds or returns. I ordered 3XL size clothes. The items I got wouldn't fit a small girl.

My daughter requested several items from the Kori website for xmas. I wasn't familiar with the site, so I did a little research (here on Trustpilot among other places) and decided to go forward with the order. Since the items are coming from overseas I knew there was the possibility that I might not get the items, or that they would be very delayed. I am happy to say that everything arrived in excellent condition, all 5 items accounted for, and I received notifications on my order every step of the way. In fact, Kori provided me with better delivery tracking than the USPS did! My order arrived at the local Post Office and sat for 5 days, I wouldn't have known this had it not been for the excellent tracking I got from Kori. I am pleased with the experience, and I am positive my daughter is going to be very pleased with her gifts!

DON'T BUY! Ordered 5 items, they shipped 4 plus a random one. Every single item is materially different from the one on the site (e.g. shiny football shirt polyester material instead of cotton, supposed 'mohair' nothing like mohair). Sizing is all over the place, same size jumpers come sized differently. Like buying items from a factory outlet. AVOID!!!
