At first it was amazing....same day delivery in Vancouver so I signed up and had something delivered within 3 hours and I was very happy ...cut to not even a week later and I want tube exact same thing I'm running low so same day delivery options..I go to check out not an option any more ...no explanation no reasonable answer to customers as to why the sudden no same day delivery just a simple it's not available at this time ...this answer isn't good enough..now that I know getting something from this website would take three hours or so to get delivered to my house compared tontye now I wait three to five day for Canada Post to deliver it to me same city. Make it make sense. This company lacks communication with their customers and expects us to be ok with the sudden change without explanation m.i literally signed up just for the one day ..
