Shippers beware!
I have had three packages delivered via Koorier, and each one has been delayed by several days. The tracking information contains little real information and is rarely updated. Shippers - use another company, this one is unreliable!

Didn’t deliver my item, took a photo of the outside of my building with a random squiggle signature.
Building concierge never signed for it.
Absolute scam company.
Zero stars.
Talking to customer service does absolutely nothing. They give you assurances, but it doesn't guarantee anything. They've made failed attempts at an open OFFICE building, they are that incompetent. At this point, I'm not even holding my breath that I actually receive my package. Absolute joke of a service.
They always take pictures and never deliver to wrong place my drop off can be confusing so thank you
After my experience and reading through the posts I feel this company needs to be investigated and reported to BBB and the media. Their response about my package was clearly a lie. I posted my review. Then on December 10 at 6:09 pm I get a call from a 365 area code about my order. The person says they had technical issues and are following up to see if people received their orders. Then tells me my order was lost. My response was I had communicated via email for days. No one ever mentioned technical issues, claimed my item was lost, so what is this call even about??
This cannot be a real company. They cannot keep accurate information and lie ( not even well thought out lies). It is a joke. This is not a business it is a circus run by incompetent clowns. And I do not believe my package was lost. I am now scared to do online purchases because I dont know if this nonsense company will be involved.
Lies… terrible unresponsive service. Emails that confirm delivery and times… suggesting quick followup on progress - then useless bot support - live individual indicates the package hasn’t arrived at their facilities… I send the emails to the contrary and I’m left hanging. The hung up on me. Terrible!!?
Joining my fellow victims in warning everyone to never use this god awful company.
Got an email on the morning of the 9th saying my package was out for delivery and estimated to arrive sometime in the afternoon, 7pm latest. 7pm rolls around, and then when I check the tracking link provided in the email, it's been updated to "We're investigating an issue related to your order and you may be contacted by a Koorier representative".
Did not receive any more communications from them after that. I'M the one who had to reach out to THEM for more details. (Tip: if you are unlucky enough to be in the same situation as me, don't bother emailing or filling out the support form on their stupid site. It's much faster to wait for their working hours and get on the chat with a live agent)
Customer service agent kindly lets me know my package has been designated missing by their ops team! Wow! And for some reason they thought that information wasn't important enough to communicate to me apparently!
Says the ops team is actively working on locating my package and will provide an update within the next 24 hours, but I have zero faith it will ever be found.
I ask them for my next steps if my package is really lost, and they tell me I will have to contact the original seller. So I assume they will take zero responsibility for LOSING MY PACKAGE IN THEIR FREAKING FACILITY!
Will update if anything changes, but for now I'm prepared for the worst.
UPDATE DEC 11: They claim they investigated and my package is still missing. Was advised to file a claim for a refund with the original seller.
Lesson learned: if you buy anything online and they send you a Koorier link, RUN FOR THE HILLS.
They left my product they were delivering to my building in the front lobby common area. I did not receive an email that it was delivered, I tracked my delivery and on the map my product was still at their warehouse. I noticed at the bottom of the tracking page was a picture of my pkg in the common area which the entire building has access to. They called this a safe delivery area, what a joke of a company.
Received a notice my package would be delivered. Then received updated notice the delivery failed due to "technical issues". Spoke with support team who told me they made 3 delivery attempts and phoned me. No previous attempts were ever made and I have no phone record of them attempting to contact me. My parcel has now been returned to company I made purchase from. Poor service and no communication. Hoping to never have to use this delivery service again.
Has to be the most horrendous delivery experience ever.
I had a gift to be delivered on the 24th, that got changed to the 26th, then the 26th came and it got changed to the 27th.
On the 27th I got a text and email saying the package is on the way and within the next 10 stops, but 3 hours later it was updated to "We're investigating an issue related to your order and you may be contacted by a Koorier representative".
They made no effort to contact me, I had to contact their customer service multiple times (They are nice but very slow and sometimes just stop answering entirely).
On the 28th, they said it would be arriving the next day, but it did not arrive.
Now it is December 1st and customer service has told me it will arrive in the next 2 days.
Still no update on the "investigation", just more delays. And they're not even delays that I'm being directly notified about, tracking history hasn't been updated in 4 days and I'M the one that has to contact THEM to get any kind of update.
I have no faith my package will ever arrive as I'm not getting any reliable updates.

Your timely updates and website portal are excellent. It is so appreciated to be able to follow my deliveries in real time. Well done :)
