The support is basically not existing. they might answer you but dont resolve the issues you are texting about (Waiting over a month now for a simple fix that doesnt allow to download mp4 files on mac).

I'm using konvey to record, guide and onboard new team members and so far works great.

Konvey is smart, simple and incredibly useful for both personal and business use. The Chrome extension plug it makes it super quick to record a quick video or screen share. Even better, you can send out a video request for someone else to share a video with no software download necessary. We use this every single day.

I've been using Konvey for a while now, and it's a great compliment for my business communication. It's super easy to use, letting me create quick videos for clients and team members. The flexibility to record screen, camera, or audio is excellent, and the quality of the videos is perfect and professional. It’s a nice replacement for Loom and while there is always a wish list of features, it is still perfect for my needs. It's helped me cut down on long emails and boring meetings, adding a personal touch to my communication. Definitely worth trying out!

Really into Konvey! It's a step up from Loom, especially with its flexible screen sharing feature. You can shift your video box around the screen, which is perfect for presentations. Totally worth getting!

The idea of simply allowing others to make recordings in various ways without additional software or an extra login is great!
I could also imagine letting selected users make usability screen recordings.

The fact that you can upload your own videos and record them yourself is also good, but it's not really a big deal!
The embedding of your own videos works well and the videos load quickly, but unfortunately the player is still very simple and rudimentary. The whole thing is still a long way from Loom!

There is still a lot of work to be done - on a large scale (e.g. good analytics for all videos and also per video, video edit function, a flexible video landing page, AI at some point also for quick evaluation of video requests, testimonials collection or wall of love) or also many many details on a small scale (e.g. your own logo is displayed distorted, a completely unrealistic and atypical resolution of only 360p is preselected and if the user re-records a recording, he has to make the settings again(!).

In addition, the GDPR issues (storage location, possibly DPA, consent banner, own legal links in a footer of the recording page, etc.) do not seem to me to have been completely clarified and worked through yet.

I hope for committed, serious and, above all, continuous further development, then Konvey could perhaps become a really big thing...

After testing Konvey out, I can say I really love it

When using the screenshare, you can move the camera that shows you anywhere on the page, so if you are sharing a presentation you can move yourself out of the way so your viewers can see everything important on the slides.

I also love the way you can organize your files so they are easy to find later.

It's so easy to use, and really easy for your clients to send you a short video as well.

Lots of great potential here. I'm go glad I purchased it.

Software is easy to use and very effective.

As a Remote Admin Specialist, I rarely meet clients in person. To simplify process explanations, I turned to Konvey. It allowed me to create quick videos effortlessly without lengthy emails. The platform has exceeded my expectations, providing all I need for my small business operations.

I love that I can send links to new clients for onboarding, get testimonials from a requested link, and have a dashboard to manage all the content. I can see Konvey being a resource we'll engage with for quite some time. Awesome product!

Absolutely Easy & Effective

Konvey generally does what it advertises fairly well.

I like being able to use a custom (sub)domain, the ability to pause and resume video uploads (even after internet outage) the player's pop-out feature, folder organization.

• UI needs work.
• UX needs work especially with respect to player controls being hidden and requiring unique folder names across all users.
• White label / branding still needs work.
• Documentation is light. And by that I mean one video.

I'm looking forward to where the team takes this product and plan to stick around for the long-haul!

Konvey does what it promises and more!

If you've been looking for an alternative to Loom and Vimeo, Konvey is definitely worth checking out. It is incredibly easy to use and the feature of having your own custom domain to request videos is a great way to interact with clients. It's already made the onboarding support process for my clients a lot smoother.

The roadmap for Konvey looks very promising to add the features needed to make it the only app you'll need so you can get rid of the costly Loom and Vimeo fees for good.

For some time, I have considered asking clients for video testimonials but I did not find an easy and inexpensive way to do that. Thankfully, I found Konvey and it simply gets the job done.

I like the fact that they even have the option of a free account that is not just a free trial. That goes a long way to build trust since users can actually experience what's possible without the pressure of canceling before the trial expires.

As a relatively new user, I am really enjoying Konvey. It is so simplistic and easy to share - with the added bonus of the ability to request from non users. A big thumbs up from me.

Konvey has quickly taken a strong position in the quick-video space with a well-crafted software that makes it easy to 'show and share' with clients, friends, fans or family in a quick and helpful way. The number of use cases for such a tool are nearly limitless. I like the simple workflow and the attractive dashboard I'm presented with. Recordings are easy to create and perform smoothly. I understand that a new video upload feature is soon to be released which will round out its utility well. I'm happy to give 5-stars for my experience thus far, knowing this team is working hard to make it even better. (Saying goodbye to my Loom account now...).

It is a very motivated team which is improving the recording tool on a daily basis. It does what it is supposed to do by recording and sharing links where you even can add your own comments. The biggest adventage is that you can request recordings from others. I had so far some issues with the chrome extension which is not part of the official google store yet and caused some errors while using it. I would also wish that it gets more options to edit the videos before sharing them. But all in all it's a very handy tool which brings big value for my daily business.
