thank you for your feedback! Please know that the material of our frames is bendable and designed to be reshaped. If needed you can of course visit any of our flagship stores or opticians to have them warmed up and reshaped so they are not too tight

Great Quality, Great Customer Service
I bought an older model „the Alex“ from them, after a year of owning them, I lost one of the screws holding the glass panes in, I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me replacement screws, even though those glasses are apparently technically discontinued.
Besides the great interaction, I wanna point out the excellent build quality of the glasses, your 10-euro H&M sunglasses don’t hold a candle.
Another nice touch was the letter that contained the replacement screws also was handwritten. In a time where everything is automated and comes from somewhere far away, this was refreshing.
I will be buying more glasses in the guture
