KOLET très bien, je suis content de cette expérience, j’ai pu dialoguer avec Google traduction avec les Turcs ne connaissant pas évidemment la langue. E-sim facile à installer.

Thailand troubles and misleading advertising.
I purchased a Kolet eSIM for a recent trip to Thailand on the recommendation of the KLM airlines App.
My experience was not a positive one , the eSIM did not work immediately upon me landing in Thailand as I had expected, this made my onward journey and gaining access to my accommodation awkward as I had to find a free public WiFi service to use , the esim eventually started working later that day , during my trip the signal was hit and miss for 2-3 weeks , resulting in me reverting to a previous eSIM from another company , this other sim worked without any issues at all , maybe it was the mobile data provider locally having issues , I’m not sure of the reason but in future I will be using my previous eSIM provider following 2 very successful trips with them .
Having received a reply to my review and Kolet reaching out to me to explain that things don’t always work as advertised with an offer of 2gb to cover the issues , I have decided to ask for a full refund as per their advertised statement , ‘satisfaction guaranteed or your money back ‘
To be given 2gb after the event is not really useful at all , sure they want me to try again in the future , for me personally I just don’t trust the product to connect immediately I land and this is vital for the way I travel .
Kolet have been very proactive ,which is good but I’m not sure why they didn’t immediately offer a full refund as they advertise this on the KLM link that I used for the original purchase .
Update:
Kolet have refused to give me a full refund as clearly stated on their advert , they have offered a partial refund which is not ‘your money back ‘ it’s part of your money back .
Therefore I have taken off a star as I feel the advert is misleading . .
For clarity I was only able to use 6.76 GB in 30 days because it would not connect regularly. I would usually be topping up the original purchase .

We completely understand why you'd ask about our "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back" promise, and I'd be happy to clarify how it applies in your case.
After reviewing your account, we can see that 6.76 GB of your 21 GB plan has already been used, which means the eSIM was successfully activated and the plan was in use.
According to our Terms & Conditions, a full refund is available only if the eSIM has not been installed or the data plan has not been activated.
For activated plans, a partial refund may only be considered if less than 1% of the data has been used. Since 6.76 GB has already been consumed (around 32% of your plan), your order unfortunately doesn't meet the refund criteria.
For that reason, we're unable to approve a refund for this plan.
I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, and I'm sorry for the disappointment. If there was a specific issue with the service—such as coverage, activation, or connection quality—please let us know. We'd be happy to review what happened and see if there's anything else we can do to help.

Excelente eSIM precio calidad
Probé esta eSIM por primera vez en mi viaje a Europa y me fue muy bien. Ofrecen unos precios muy competitivos, la conectividad es buena y además ofrecen recompensas por invitar a tus amigos. Finalmente, en caso de que al plan le sobre gigas , se pueden redimir por créditos para otro viaje. La recomiendo.
