Refusal of refund even on compassionate grounds
I have recently had a family member seriously ill in hospital & overlooked cancelling my 4-week subscription to Koi Yoga. The first I knew was to recieve an email from Paypal saying my subscription had been renewed, charging me $154.09. No reminder email, just processing the charge. I emailed them stating the reason I had missed cancelling but was told there would be no refund, even after submitting to a supervisor. This is a shoddy way to treat people as I'm sure these situations occasionally crop up that are beyond peoples' control. A little bit of compassion would certainly be appreciated, after all, we are all human!

Don’t buy from these people they are con artists & Rob Pensioners. I week is a younger for the trial they give you then it disappears. I put in a complaint & this is what they have said
No under terms & conditions. I suggest you read the info throughly if you have time to go through it all before you buy. There is no try then buy appalling they should be ashamed of themselves
