Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Spent £32 on a new dog bed. Delivery was between 4 and 10 days. A month passed, nothing. 6 emails sent asking for either an update or refund - nothing! Today I sent an email saying I had contacted Trading Standards - within 2 minutes of sending that email, my order was cancelled and advised I would receive a refund. Won’t hold my breath on receiving this but we shall see. Just wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I’m disappointed as they claim to be a family run business and proud to supply animal goods to buyers - nothing to be proud of being part of this business, I’m afraid.

Took my money (I was so excited to find my dog's favorite toy, I ordered three of them, as well as some others), confirmation email sent, all looked in order, then nothing. No response to follow up emails, no word at all. Total scam.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. Waited weeks for my order which finally arrived. Emailed within the hour of receipt to say how disappointed I was with the product and instigated my returns within their 30 days according to their own T&C’s.
1 week later and a number of emails/messages still no reply. No contact number of course!
Total waste of money.
They will take your money but highly unlikely you’ll get anything back or after sales service unless it’s a positive response!

I have been told via auto answer I will be answered shortly, but 7 hours later I closed down my computer. They are quick to take your money, but very slow with any customer services. A joke. Oct 17, 23, Spent $139 on line for dog food. Sent email regard discount that I never received and placed order for a dog food we never got. Sent emails for response. Never heard from anyone. Tried calling 3X's, number not in use?? Scamming Clowns.
Order never arrived and no responce
Placed an order on 9/12/23 and it's still showing as order confirmed. Order KH25916 and it is almost a month later and no updates, ignored emails for status and the phone number on the site is out of service. I created an account and it always gives an error logging in every time so every order since has been through guest check out essentially. No way to speak to a representative and I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will make sure to not order from this company again.

I made a purchase on Saturday 4-15 for 30 lbs of Nutro Ultra Large Breed Puppy Food, most places don't carry it, they were cheaper than most and comparable to 2 other companies $59.96 was their price. I downloaded the app for tracking info. I reached out via email on Mon 4-17 because I hadn't received tracking. They replied and it stated they were out of stock, which was a Blatant lie. The email was 3 short paragraphs and not automated. I went to the site immediately after and it was in stock with a price increase to $86.99. I replied back with screenshots. Their response was they reserve the right to change egregious prices and would refund me. I called the store and was talked over and the narrative given was it was a pricing error. The point is they were not accountable and unethical and not understanding. If they changed the price that should have been stated. There is no way to confirm it was a pricing error or they changed it when they realized other prices were higher. They could have honored the price I originally paid or not. But to state they were out of stock and then defend their stance with a lie of a pricing error is beyond me. Out of stock and price increase or pricing error are not the same. Out of stock is an obvious lie. I had to reached out to find out it wasn't going to be shipped. They should have reached out. They refunded me but it will take 5-10 business days. I will not order from them again and I want others to know of this behavior and my experience. It is the principal of not acknowledging and lying. At the end of the day I will still be ordering this brand at the regular or cheapest price, my time was wasted at Koa's House and so will the amount of time it takes for them or my bank to process the refund!

I ordered a bag of dog food that is really hard to find. I received it quickly but unfortunately my dog passed away the day the food arrived. I sent an email inquiring if the food could be returned because it was nearly $100 for 10lbs and it had not been open. The company responded promptly with a free return label for my dog food. Thank you for your great service!
