Dr. Sarah Pelangka dba Know IEPs services need to be avoided at all costs! Dr. Sarah Pelangka Intentionally inflates client bills at $200 an hour. Arrives at IEP meetings unprepared and has not read the students IEP that is going to be discussed for two hours. Everyone’s expression of shock on their faces when she confessed to not being prepared nor had NOT read the IEP. She was comfortable wasting everyone’s time at $200 an hour. Dr. Sarah Pelangka will then aggressively send invoices stating if not paid right away they will have interest added and later be sent to collections. Did I mention I paid her in advance. She comes off very desperate for money with her billing practices. She is the lowest level of a so-called professional with a doctorate that I have ever interacted with. She does NOT complete the job nor has any care for the children. Avoid the nightmare and being overcharged for thousands of dollars by Dr. Sarah Pelangka with Know IEPs.
