Usuing this service for a second time for transfers in between of cities in EU. Always very polite and helpful staff. Much better prices comparing to other transport companies.

Me contestan a un mail con un presupuesto de Viena a Budapest de 631€ para 12 personas, me hacen enviar un WhatsApp a un manager para la confirmación del presupuesto, pasan 2 días y no me lo envía, le reclamo y envía un presupuesto de 924€, empresa nefasta

Aggressive. Despite giving a days notice that a trip that had a 40 euro deposit paid for would not be needed, the agent then said that the remainder of the trip would need to be enforced. We spoke entirely over whatsapp and at no point did they state that there is a 100% cancellation fee. The agent then suggested 'there would be trouble'. Unneccessary and aggressive.

The transfer service was excellent! Darya (the manager) answered all our questions before the trip and gave us all the necessary information. The ride itself was super smooth with a polite and careful driver and a clean and new car. We definitely recommend this service.

Scam - posted prices get you to sign up and then suddenly those are not correct prices on website after you book. Total waste of time.

I was in big problem at Munich Airport with all possible transportations completely paralized by ice and snow. I found Knopka searching for a solution and after talking with them they arranged in 10 minutes a car that came to pick me up and took me to Innsbruck. Driver was extremely nice and professional. If and when I will need them I will certainly use their services again. 5 stars x 2!!

I can't thank Darya, the manager, and the drivers enough. Communication was fast, clear and efficient. Darya made herself available 24/7 and responded all our questions and concerns. I had team members being picked up at different locations and all went smooth and on time. I can't recommend Knopka enough. Will be using their services in the future without hesitation!

Eventouhgh I was a little sceptic at the beginning I can say after service that everything was on a high level. Starting from messages, driver who was on tume during a night, the price for the transport and electronic invoice at the end. If youbhave any doubts it is not needed. Ho ordinato il transfer dall'aeroporto di milano a como, ho aspettato un po per ricevere il prezzo, ma del resto tutto ok. Il conducente parlava poco inglese.

If I could, I would give them -5 stars. They charge deposit promptly, and cancel my booking when I’m already at the airport. The excuse been the car broke down. But wait, there is another car which is available, but they wanted $40 more. Clearly they have no ethic and just money sucking machines. We ended up with Uber Black which is much more reliable.

After initial email confirmation for a transfer in Italy and 3 telephone conversation that confirmed us the transfer, they cancelled the transfer a few hours before the scheduled time.

Be aware and stay away from them - typical bate and switch scam. Their website says 288 euros but after you book, manager tells you this will be 440 euros.
